Bull Valley storage is very easy to access, affordable, and a well run facility. Friendly staff that showed me around. The new owners are making the place look new again. I highly recommend them.

Easy sign up and received gate access code quickly. My storage room was clean. Exactly what I was looking for!

Previous owners Ron and sister are amazing- but since the new owners have taken over it is absolutely awful! Horrible customer service! No one knows what is going on. Get lucked out often due to employee mistakes - rent has raised every month consistently with no communication on final cost. We have been clearing out to give another business our money. Oh and licks are from 1940’s or something- super hard, confusing and not convenient at all!

I recently closed my locker here when the new owners took over. There was an agreement with the previous owner and that agreement was not honored by the new company. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Can't get in. Wasted time and money for an overpriced unit that we cannot access when needed.
