These guys are great. We only had a minor repair done to our dryer, the service tech was on time, clean, and identified the issue right away, even came back later that day to complete the job because he didn't have the part available with him. We were very satisfied and would recommend them.

What can I say, we are dumb and these folks are beyond patient and deserve 5 stars more than most. The first time they came out they fixed a water leak in side the machine... for a very fair price. A couple days after they left, we noticed a similar (note the word similar) water puddle under the front door of the machine as we had prior to the repair so we called them back out. They made the return trip a priority, came out same day, only to find we had dog hair in the gasket of our front load machine and THAT, not the old leak was causing the puddle. Zero dollars owed later, and a very polite "my repair was not the issue here", we are both embarrassed and appreciative for the quality work and flawless follow up. Thanks Priority Appliance.

I discovered on Tuesday afternoon that our LG gas dryer was not igniting, and after reading reviews on Angie's List, I submitted an online request for service with Priority Appliance Repair. The very next day, Steve called to let me know that he would be able to come by later that afternoon. He gave me a reasonable time window of just a few hours, and he was 100% accurate. When Steve got here, he called to let me know he had arrived. This was very much appreciated, as we needed to get our dogs out into the yard before Steve came into the house.

Steve took all necessary COVID-19 precautions, including mask and gloves. (I realized after the fact that my husband and I should have done the same courtesy.) Steve worked quickly, efficiently, and cleanly, and he took the time to explain everything to my husband. I work from home and was on business calls while Steve was here, and there was absolutely no disruption. In no time, our dryer was not only fixed, but also cleaned and working better than ever!

I can honestly say that this was probably the most positive repair experience that I can ever recall. I highly recommend Steve and Priority Appliance Repair!

Very happy with the service - and they didn't even do anything for me.

For starters, if you're looking for a local repair man, then BUYER BEWARE. There are a ~ton~ of "local appliance repair" companies that are nothing but dispatchers. As best as I can tell, some local repair guy signs up to be listed on these services and then gets randomly selected to go out on calls for repair. I'm sure it's great for disreputable characters.

And yes, I did call one of them first - they were nearby me and had a reasonably good 3.7 rating. They said they could get a tech out that day. And he was here on time but seemed...off. He "diagnosed" my problem in about 5 minutes and then insisted that he could do the work for $500 and do a warranty swap for it as well. Seemed iffy, but could be. But I looked at his invoice and it's for a company OTHER than the one I called. So I looked up that company, and they have terrible reviews - BBB complaints, complaints on google, you name it. Yuck. I canceled the follow up with him.

Then I expanded my search radius. And Priority here? For starters, they're an actual local company and not just a dispatch for conmen to hide behind. I called to report my problem and they called back in an hour to schedule service- I spoke on the phone with the tech for about 10 minutes and he agreed with the diagnosis from the other guy. But he immediately said that I need to call up my fridge manufacturer and talk to them, because it should be a 100% warranty covered repair. And they can't do any warranty work (unlike the other guy's claims).

So I should definitely call the manufacturer first and see if I can get under warranty, and if not call them back. He said an actual real repair through them would probably be about $900, which while steeper is more believable that I'd get actual real new parts.

And that was it. Nobody came out, so no charge. Now I'm on the phone with my manufacturer demanding warranty service, and I was very impressed with their honesty and professionalism from Priority.

While, ironically, I have not actually had them repair anything for me, their professional and honest attitude on the phone guarantees that I'll call them first for any other repair needs I have in the future.

Great service! My dad called on Tuesday and they were out the next day. They had the dryer fixed within the hour. Tech was very knowledgeable and gave me some good advice. I would highly recommend them.

Diagnosed the problem with my disposal over the phone and sent me a video how to fix the issue buying a $7 tool instead of paying for a service call. Will definitely use their service for my next appliance repair due to their honesty.

Steve did a great job diagnosing the problem and repaired with quality factory parts.
Would definitely recommend him for both laundry and kitchen appliance service and repairs.

Any company that has to start a fresh page due to bad reviews is engaged in some business practices that lack integrity.

I, admittedly, was duped by this and did not see their other page. I wish I had because what I experienced was what was identified in those reviews.

Scheduled an appointment and requested a morning time range. However, I did not hear from the technician. Called a few times and was told the technician would call me, no call. I called a few times after that to get back in touch with someone in the office and no one is picking up now. I feel lucky that I'm not in an emergency situation but the lack of communication was particularly disappointing.
