Went to another fleet feet and they were nice. I went to this fleet feet and it was an amazing experience.

Mark helped me out. Great guy.

Never felt rushed or pressured to purchase anything. Knowledgeable and helped educate me on some shoe/foot information.

The staff were great. It was a very busy day at the store and the staff were able to engage with us and the other customers in the store at the same time. It was a flawless transaction and exceeded our expectations for how quickly we were able to pick shoes, buy them and leave.

When I tried on the shoes it felt like I was walking on air. Personalized service backed with technology and product knowledge. I expected the products to cost more however they were reasonably priced.

I visited Fleet Feet looking for a more supportive pair of gym shoes for narrow feet with a low arch. A young salesperson named Ryan was very helpful and gave me a shoe fitting. He was extremely professional and thorough, bringing out various pairs until I found the ones I liked. Ryan recommended and had me try on the Asics Gel Nimbus 24, which felt like I was walking on clouds! Great experience with a kind and skillful employee. Thanks Ryan!

Great experience at this store! They measured my feet with their proprietary system (turns out that my left foot is a whole size bigger than my right foot!) and picked the perfect walking shoes for me. It's nice to have such a cool shoe store in our hometown, Deerfield. Keep up with the good work, guys!

My son and I went in to buy some shoes. We're new to the running world so we were clueless but the associate (I believe his name was Mark) was super helpful and knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable and happily answered all of our questions. He was also very encouraging and made the process of selecting the right fit easy.

Highly recommend and will be returning. The Staff member that helped me (sorry forgot his name, a young man with glasses and curly hair) was extremely helpful and very welcoming. After the fitID he explained thoroughly and brought out a few different pairs to be tested. Left happily satisfied with my next seasons running shoe.

Friendly and professional stuff. I brought my daughter to have her feet measured and we left happy having purchases two pairs of athletic shoes. An overall great experience for both Father & Daughter.

Fleet Feet running club was a lot of fun. Friendly runners of all ages and paces participated. The runs of varying distances traversed through the beautiful Deerfield neighborhoods. Recommended to try it out and see what else Fleet Feet has to offer. We’ll supported route.

The store is great! It has a variety of sports shoes to select from, and the associates helping us were very nice and attentive.

I can't say enough about my experience at this Fleet Feet location. Tom, my sales rep, was knowledgeable and patient. I'm a newer runner getting ready for my first half marathon, and he took the time to put together several options based on what I've been wearing. He helped me find a great fit that I really love. The awesome and knowledgeable sales reps are why I won't go anywhere else!

Matthew did an excellent job of fitting my daughter for racing spikes. She's a new runner and he took the time to not only measure her feet with the Fleet Feet technology, but to explain how spikes fit differently than trainers but to have her try on several different brands and sizes so she could get a feel for how they differ and which one felt best. He also gave her some great tips on maintenance and the spikes themselves as well as recommending the best socks for running in spikes. We were very happy with the shoe we ultimately chose for her and appreciated Matthew's impressive knowledge and friendliness.

I've only recently taken walking and jogging up again and needed some new shoes. I had ordered online for years but there were so many choices now especially with the tech in the shoes that I was really hoping to try on some (like zero drop shoes for instance). Dropped into Fleet and Lucas was real helpful by providing a fitting and then getting to the crux of what I was looking for. He grabbed a few different shoes for me to try and definitely found a pair I really liked. Bought and wore them out of the store. Took em for a longer walk that night and feel great about the decision. Thanks Fleet!

Was there for the first time. The staff very friendly. Did my sizing and grabbed me a few pairs to try on. Very knowledgeable about the shoes in question. I believe it was Lucas who helped me out. Phenomenal customer service on his part! Will be back if I need a 2nd pair of shoes

Long time fan of Fleet Feet...and my most recent visit underscores why. They go to the trouble to understand who you are, why/how/how much you run...and analyze your foot and gait to ensure you're in the right shoe -- not just the one you think is good looking or your friends like -- the RIGHT SHOE. Great return policy. Top notch selection of other merch. Big supporters of the running community. But most importantly -- they get have a knowledgeable, professional process to get you into the right shoe. Only place I'll go for shoes.
