Affordable and beats every price in town. Owners are very accommodating, friendly, and professional. They have great security, fully gated facility, and cameras on every angle. They even have a moving truck they offer up for use when you’re moving. I had a fabulous experience with this place, and the couple who manages it did everything they could to help me. Thank you!

The staff their gives you a family feel and actually care. They worked with us under pressure to move into the storage and really went out of their way to help me and my family out. They offer a moving truck for free for the move into the storage which itself is a huge help in this Seattle weather and when I was over time frame they extended the use of the truck for a reasonable fee and worked with us to get all of our stuff moved in. They are great at enforcing the gate rules which is very good for security, and keep the place clean and pristine. I recommend them and I think you will love their manage style and family feel for a self storage.

Not only do they have beyond great customer service but they are professional and they’re everyday demeanor is Amazing. They are the best I have ever met as far as customer service and management point of view. They helped me figure out the right dimensions for what I needed to store without breaking the bank. The staff here is super friendly makes you feel like family. I've been here for a few years already and I'd have to say this is the best management that I've ever seen in my life!!! The place is a mom-and-pop storage but I'd have to say they do treat you like family and actually look out for your stuff. I feel safe and will continue to refer all of my friends and family here. Jared and his wife will take care of you. Very honest couple and down to earth. I'm glad they are the eyes of our storage. Wish we could have had them sooner. Keep up the good work ; )

Owners are wonderful people. Honest and pleasant to interact with. Needed storage and PJ took the time to go over all the options and explain price differences in a way that’s understandable and necessary. He won’t recommend storage space you don’t need. Amenities make it worthwhile too. They allow use of their moving truck for transportation, grant you a key code for the gate, and the dolly's inside the storage housing work better than expected. If you have something heavy, all you need to do is use the dolly then wheel it inside to your storage space. Would definitely recommend these guys.

Honestly this is the best place to store anything, they are bigger and taller then any other storage place I have been to. They also work with you pricing wise and by having there own truck you can use at no cost. I made the mistake by getting a uhaul first then going to get a storage next Not to mention the storage is clean, I didn't see any bugs or cobwebs anywhere in my storage unit. Once I get my keys to my place I plan to down size to a smaller unit. Definitely feel my things are in the safest and cleanest place it can be at.

I am so glad that I found Kent East hill Self Storage. PJ was amazing he was willing to wait for me if I were running late, I had to come all the way from Newcastle and I get off at 5, and they closes at 6. He provided me excellent services! My first time renting a storage ever and he provided painless, fast and easy services. I recommend Kent Easthill Storage, I will never go anywhere else if I ever need a storage ever again. Wow! These guys know customer service. I called various storage unit companies around the surrounding area of Kent and either got short answers or felt I was a hinderance. Not with these guys! They made me feel like family! I would recommend renting a storage unit here. They not only will take care of you they also have the best prices for a unit.

So I love this place already and I haven’t even moved my stuff into the unit, but the couple that owns the place is awesome and so friendly and you can tell they are there to help you, not out to get your money. I personally told them I never write reviews but I just had to, as someone who works in customer service I super appreciate there genuine customer service I received from them. so glad I chose this place, clean and safe facility!

Met Jared while at my storage, he was very helpful. The establishment looked cleaner and more put together. He and his wife are really making the place more safe and secure. Definitely recommend this place. And prices are lower than the other storages in the area.

Cindy and Jered are so kind and caring. The varied sizes of units and complimentary move-in uhaul were the reasons I came to this storage unit but they are the reason I will stay.
I feel very safe on the property and know they will protect my "stuff" AND have got my back.

The staff here is friendly, kind and helpful. Gerard has helped me with boxes in the storage when I only had a question, but he went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with everything. This is the place you want to rent. I turly appreciate their efforts.

We checked out a couple facilities and Kent east hill was not only clean and pj n Sharon’s customer service and friendly greeting made us rent there.so helpful with gathering info n showing us and finding the right size storage unit we needed. Great place and great service

Pj and his wife are amazingly courteous and offered me transparent options that worked amazingly well with my budget. I was given a tour of the facility and my unit right when I got there. Absolutely worth the quality of five stars!
