Nacho's Mexican Grill

Was going to go to my usual spot ,but my Daughter told me about this spot that She and her friends went to last week!! We ordered and I realized I didn't have my credit card with me,The guy told me not to worry I could pay him tomorrow!! I couldn't believe it,So kind!! The food was Absolutely Amazing!! I do not like beans but the beans were Delicious,the best I have ever had!! Enchiladas were fantastic,the rice was great!! There Guacamole, Queso,and Verde sauce also the best I have ever had!!!Also my Daughter got the Tamales,I tried ,they were better then my usual place!!! When I got home I called in to pay,and I told the guy that the food was Awesome but it was his kindness,and generosity that earned him new Customers !! Will definitely be back!! I Love downtown Hopkins!! Thank you So much Nacho!!

What a great spot here in downtown Hopkins. The staff being so friendly really won me over, they just seem to be so positive and that really makes all the difference.

I had a steak taco, shredded chicken taco, rice and a side of quac. The tacos were PACKED. I mean they do not go easy on the meat here. Expect a very filling taco. Quac cup was very full too. Rice wasn’t the best tbh, it was a little bland.

2 tacos, quac, rice and a beer cost me $17 so pretty typical prices, esp for a downtown area.

Next time Im coming back to try the fish and shrimp tacos!

So good!! Got the shrimp and fish taco. Shrimp taco was alright, but the fish taco was amazing. Would definitely get 3-4 of those next visit. The provided salsa is pretty damn good and they have hot sauce on the side too. Great place, highly recommend!

1st time here. The place had a nice atmosphere and was very clean. The food had great flavors. I would go back again!

Definitely a spot to stop at while in Hopkins! There’s a front and back entrance with indoor and outdoor seating. The Hopkins Parking Ramp is located just behind the storefront. I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve ever ordered, and the services is always great. I’d say it’s a must stop if you’re in Hopkins.

Carnitas empanadas are our personal favorite, but we always need a variety of tacos and a bag of chips and guacamole.
They should sell their green salsa by the gallon; I'd put it on everything!

Amazing food! Absolutely loved it. I am told they used to have a much smaller location around the corner (which still had their name up as of July 2018 so don't get confused if you see two locations) but they now have a little more space for seating. Great place for work lunches but go early! It fills up very quickly once it opens.
Lots of options for each meal, my favorite is the tacos. Highly recommend.

Absolutely positively the very best & authentic meal I have ever had. I love Nacho’s and with a serious face would recommend to anybody. The carnita tacos are what I would deem an actual manifestation of a perfect taco.

I have worked with the team at Nachos for years for catering. They have gone above and beyond for me for last minute orders and are quick to respond.

They just catered a graduation party for me this weekend for 80+ people. Everyone was so impressed and kept asking where the tacos were from.

Whether it be a quick lunch or catering, Nacho’s is the best! I highly recommend stopping in!

Have had this place many times for large group/work orders as well as dined in, and every time I am so pleased! My favorite Mexican restaurant for real, authentic food. Recently introduced my fiance (who is half Mexican and grew up eating authentic home-made recipes) and he, too, was very pleasantly surprised by their affordability with the ability to cater such fantastic options and flavor! Bravo, y'all! Much love!

Great food. Had a cheese and jalapeno tamale, carnitas taco, and carne asada sopa. Green sauce was great. Plenty of hot sauce options, didn't need it though food was just that good.

The size, price and flavor of the food is amazing. I bought a taco, enchilada and empanadas it filled me up. The food was Super Fresh staff was friendly and was extremely happy with the quality of the food. I will definitely be recommending others to go here.

Love this place. Great tamales, tacos, you name it. The couple of times I went everything was delicious. Honestly, you will be hard pressed to find a better tamale in town for their prices. If you're in the area and hungry definitely check them out!

Burritos are some of the best we’ve had in a while! High quality ingredients and great size. Little pricey but worth it for what you’re getting.

Some of the best Mexican food in the Twin Cities. Their Chicken Tinga is the best I have had. I would suggest chicken tinga enchiladas.

Family run, great food and really good service. One of the better Mexican food stands in town. I loved my carne asada burrito, it was made with love.

Had enchiladas salsa verde and the wife had empanadas. Both meals were great. Service was friendly and prompt.
