I called Lake Cook Pest Control yesterday afternoon for Hornet Nest Removal and they showed up this morning to take it down. Rudy was courteous, responsive and showed up on time. I would definitely use these guys again.

We have used this company for 3 years. We've had ants, small and large, spiders, etc. Rudy comes out in the spring, like he did today, sprays the perimeter in the interior and also the exterior including around the deck, lower exterior windows. Very thorough and in one treatment per year, we have NO ants, NO spiders. We have a pet bird and 12 year old dog and as he is a pet owner and father of a 13 month old, we know he only uses safe products. I highly recommend him and have referred him to several neighbors and friends. There is no point in getting sucked into a contract with a pest control company. Rudy does not sell that. He says if we see anything he will come back at no charge. Excellent service, very friendly, very professional. We trust him completely with his service.

Rudy was very helpful and took the time to understand our situation and explain his services on the phone before coming to our house. When he arrived the next day, he was very thorough as he moved through the house and then explained everything he did and what to look for after he left. He emailed a detailed report the same evening as promised. Very reliable, great communication, excellent service. Highly recommend!

Rudy came to our house for a minor mouse problem. Upon reaching out to Rudy for his services, he was professional from the start. He arrived on time and explained the process he was going to do to help our situation. He took the time to show us our houses weak spots and even gave us product recommendations to help fix the issue. He is so knowledgeable and actually gives you real advice to understand the issue and how to resolve it, not just put a bandaid on it. I would absolutely recommend this place to someone dealing with pest issues. Rudy, who I believe is the owner, was great. I first called to figure out if I needed his services, and he spent 15 minutes on the phone with me answering my questions and just being overall a really friendly guy. He never pushed me on what they offered, but let me know in case I decided to move forward with the wasp treatment. For comparison, I called a different pest company to ask the same questions and the woman who answered the phone was absolutely useless. She kept saying the same thing over and over, even though it wasn't answering my question, and when I asked to speak to a manager or someone who could answer my more specific questions, she took down my information and I never heard from them again. Thankfully my second call that day was to Lake Cook Pest Control, where I had the opposite experience.

A few weeks later, we realized we did need the wasp treatment and hired Rudy to come do it. He was just great - again we chatted for a while about wasps but also families and having kids, and it was just a very nice conversation. During that phone call, he scheduled us for the treatment a few days later. It looked like there was a chance of rain for the morning he was coming out, and he was monitoring it and communicating with me via text the night before. It ended up working out, he came out the next day, and was so quiet moving around our house and garage that my dogs didn't even bark! Best of all, I haven't had any wasps trying to get into my bathroom window yet, so I can tell it's working. And, there's a guarantee on his services, so if wasps come back or are obviously forming a nest this summer, he'll come out and remove it.

Overall, I'm just really happy I found Lake Cook Pest Control and will absolutely be using them again in the future if we need any more pest control.

Rudy was fantastic!! Very responsive and explained everything about the service, timing, and price all on the call. He was early for his appointment, efficient and quick with his work and was nice to go over everything again. He is very friendly and answers any questions you may have. We called Rudy to take care of an ant issue at a new house we purchased. He answered the phone promptly every time we called, gave us a quick estimate and was able to come to our house within two days to do the work. It has been three weeks now and no ants. We would definitely recommend Rudy because he is responsive, quick and does great work!

I contacted Lake Cook Pest Control for removal of a very large wasp nest. Rudy returned my call almost immediately and told me he would come out the very same day. Rudy arrived early in the afternoon and explained what type of wasp nest was present and he removed it quickly and completely. Highly recommend this company to anyone who needs help with their pest problems! Rudy was professional, courteous and friendly. You can do 1 time treatments or sign up for their quarterly treatments. If you do the quarterly service, they come back to spray and treat within that quarter for no charge if needed. No contract required and easy to schedule around my work schedule. Rudy has made this so easy and much easier than another company we were struggling with in our area.

Highly recommend Rudy! We had a different company out to check our mouse problem and give estimate. The estimate was a lot! Rudy came, took pictures and told us what we needed to do to keep mice out. He showed us materials and wrote up the report with pictures of exactly what needed to be fixed around house. He was not trying to sell us on anything, just gave advice to help solve our problem. Highly recommend! What a great guy!

Called Rudy when ants appeared in my kitchen. He came out and did a thorough job of spraying the entire place, including outside of garage and entry door. That was ten days ago, and I have not seen a single ant since ! Rudy was patient, helpful and explained his service completely! His price was very reasonable. I highly recommend him!
