Super positive experience. Cathy was great! She took the time to walk me through my tile options and even suggested some options online and in books that they didn't have samples of. I also like that they let you take the samples home unlike places like “Floor and Decor” which makes you pay for it. Cathy was very attentive and ordered everything 100% accurate and all while having a smile on her face and a great attitude. If your looking for a personal 1:1 experience this is your place!

New Look just finished tilling my back porch and putting up my back splash in my kitchen . They where amazing and the kitchen backsplash was not a easy project either for sure! With all the small angles and the tile we picked . It looks beautiful!! The guys where all so nice , super clean, and extremely professional!

New Look did a fantastic job for us. Excellent customer service, fast & skilled installation. We love our new floors, highly recommend.

They came and removed 21 year old carpet. Put down a base layer, placed Bamboo flooring, trimmed for vents and edged T-molding at my fireplace and the thresholds into the other rooms. Finish with 1/4 round along whole room fill the gap to the original trimming. Wish I could post a Pic, everyone is impressed.
