Realtor Stacy Beeson contacted us on behalf of her client to level a section of a concrete patio required by the HOA to be fixed before closing. She took charge of the communication, setting up the estimate appointment, having her client sign the proposal and even providing update on payment status all on her own. If this isn't excellent customer service taking care of your clients for a smooth closing, then I don't know what is.

Diane was fabulous! We flew in for a couple of days to go house shopping before we moved to Illinois. She listened to exactly what we were looking for, refined our search and took us to a number of houses that fit exactly what we were looking for, in the locations we wanted, and in our price range. Our purchase was made while we were living several states away and she drove by to take pictures of the house's progress, sent us updates, and kept us informed during the entire process. I would highly recommend her for your home buying/selling needs.

Just closed on our dream home today. This wouldn’t have been possible without the very professional, responsive, determined Noel Jesudas. I don’t think I know what his voicemail message sounds like because every time we called, he answered. He took us on as a client when we needed to rent 2 years ago and he was a breath of fresh air during that process. He put in the time and effort to help and showed us we were important. There was no question he would be our Realtor when we were ready to buy. Fast forward and we have closed on our dream home. Having Noel was imperative in this all happening. We were first-time home buyers and Noel was so patient with us - I’m grateful for that. He educated, empathized, and kept us grounded throughout the whole process.
