Candlewood Suites Bellevue, an IHG Hotel

If you need to stay in town for longer term, this is a great option. All rooms have kitchenettes, deep bathtub in our room, free laundry and a really nice gym!

The room is great. Took a minute to figure out the stove top, but it works great. I like being able to eat healthier when traveling. There's a lending locker with crackpots and tabletop grills, board games, and so on. There's also a small convenience store on-site that is not too expensive. A gym and a free laundry mat with 3 machines. Free, I say!!! No money needed to wash your clothes. You have a living room kitchen combo, a separate bedroom, 2 ac/heating units with separate thermostats, a dishwasher, and dish soap. Dove shampoo, conditioner, Nd shower gel in the shower. A sofa, recliner, rolling desk chair, table chair, 2 TVs. Even the windows open a few inches for fresh air. 1000% recommend.

Both Jennifer and Thomas are top notch professionals. They make sure stay is a pleasant one. Been living in the hotel for 3 months while working for for the USAF.

The rooms were dated and they seem to need to be deep cleaned (for example, baseboard areas had extreme buildup that was clearly months old) but it was fine for our one night stay. The room temp stayed cool which I needed and the bed was very comfortable. Every staff member we interacted with was VERY kind and polite. Even with the #2 issue we ran into on the sidewalk outside while we were leaving... it isn't a pleasant thing to have to deal with but the front desk lady who cleaned it up with soapy water was nothing but smiles. She even offered to make sure my shoes were cleaned up inside so I didn't have to deal with it the whole ride home.

I would stay here again just because of the kindness of the staff.

Last year, my wife, our 2 cats, and I spent a couple of months living here due to our house being demolished by a tree strike. The staff was phenomenal. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and very pleasant to have in a very tough time. When it was time for us to move out to different lodgings, we didn't want to leave. So much so that now that I have to move to another state, I've made reservations for my cats and I to spend our last night in Nebraska here.

Front desk clerk was great and very friendly! Rooms are nice! We were allowed to take our dog! Fee was only $20 for the whole stay!

Phenomenal service and great rooms. We stayed here for 10 days while waiting on our home to close and from the moment we called the make a reservation, we were impressed with the customer service.

Shelby was so kind in assisting us in the reservation for our family (2 adults, a toddler who needed a crib, a dog and a cat!). From here, Miranda checked us in and we saw her frequently on the night shift. She was always extremely friendly, informative, and helpful! These ladies deserve a medal for outstanding service!
And lastly, Thomas! He was so helpful in pushing our reservation for us a couple nights when we got delayed in leaving our original destination. We saw him each morning and he was always just so friendly and keeping busy with stocking, cleaning, etc... but still took a moment to wish you a good day with a great big smile!

This was THE best hotel stay I’ve ever experienced (and I’ve had a lot traveling every 2 weeks for work for well over a year)!

I would recommend this hotel and this staff to anyone looking in the area (my mother is coming to Bellevue for a short work contract and already reserved a room here too!).

Thank you to the staff here! I didn’t catch the names of some of housekeeping but those ladies were also just as kind and attentive to requests or needs. All around, this is a wonderfully great hotel stay and experience!

BEST HOTEL on this side of town. It has a dishwasher, microwave, a stove, refrigerator and dishes. PETS are allowed. There is a gym and you can do your laundry AT NO COST.
It is very clean and has internet. The staff is oh so friendly. I would recommend this hotel if your in the Omaha/Bellevue area.

After being denied my service dog to stay with me at 2 other hotels close by I went to this hotel and was very surprised by the friendly service at the front desk from Britney. Britney went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. Also went out of her way to get me the phone number for the vet my dog goes to since I did not have it with me....and checking for location of restaurants to go to. The restroom layout was very nice for my handicap husband and plenty of space in the room for him to move around in his wheelchair. We had no idea the rooms had the full kitchen in it and it was nice considering we went for take out food and forgot utensils to eat. The only problem we had which was not too bad is the room door doesn't stay open to go in or out for someone in a wheelchair....over all great place to stay and we will definitely go back.

I really enjoyed my stay at Candlewood Suites. This is my second stay and we will be returning. The rooms were very clean, well stocked & had everything you needed. It was easy for us especially with children to go the store get food & cook it in the room instead of spending an arm & a leg dining out. The staff is very friendly & helpful. Clean but very expensive, at least when we were looking. Couldn’t find anything else last minute so were stuck spending way more than we wanted for a 1 night stay, especially when getting in very late and leaving really early. Great hotel though.

If I could give candlewood 7 stars I would. I’m not a person who leaves reviews ever anywhere but the staff at candlewood has been so amazing and so understanding and so kind. Our home burnt down a week ago and we’ve had to stay here with our one year old. I never thought I would consider a hotel home but I do now. The rooms are huge and have tons of appliances. The staff let us use the board room to go through boxes of donations and have been so understanding with us hanging out in the lobby with our toddler when she gets bored. It’s pet friendly too!!! They come replace our stuff in the room whenever we ask and always turn the TV in the lobby to cartoons for our baby. They’re angels.

I have stayed at this hotel for the last six months. What makes this place a 5 star place is the staff. They go above and beyond at every turn. There was an incident where someone stole from one of the cars out back. The GM immediately implemented new procedures and they caught the guy! This place is safe, the rooms are great, and the staff is unbelievable!!

First off, I would like to express my gratitude and thanks to all the employees who made my stay and wife’s stay incredible.

Unfortunately, we were there due to unforeseen circumstances, but you guys gave us a piece of mind and gave us a home to grieve for our sons loss.

The staff was courteous and welcoming. They work very hard to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as they can. The rooms are very clean and are well equipped for your stay.

My absolute favorite place to stay when in Bellevue. I feel completely safe and it’s right next door to the Walmart and plenty of eateries. The staff is very helpful and friendly not to mention polite. Great workout facility and board room if you need a meeting place. Friendly for visiting military members and those attending training. Close to base within 10 minutes or less. Pet friendly with pet deposit.

Pet friendly and the staff was amazing! We had to stay 10 days, they were super booked but found a way to accommodate us no problem. The staff isn't just friendly to their human guest... they are very nice to their fur guests as well.

The best stay at a hotel, have stayed at quite a few. Jennifer and Kevin and all the rest of the staff are very nice and have treated me and my family like we are their family. They treat my pets like they are part of the family also. Would recommend them to any one. The best ever.

They are amazing. My mother was in town and they let us borrow a Christmas tree so we could do something special and make it feel like home away from home during this holiday season. They also were very hospitable and kind. Smiles every time I walked through the door.
