Food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. Highly recommend checking them out if you haven't been. Cool fact the filmed a scene from Shameless here last episode of season 5. Very cool. The 2 lady servers I spoke with were so friendly and very helpful. Kudos to those ladies around noon on 1/23/24. The coffee was very tasty, I am a coffee fanatic and let me tell you it was fresh and hot it was just wonderful

I ordered steak and soup at this restaurant, and was very pleasantly surprised that this order also included a sweet pie with a choice of fillings. I really enjoyed both the soup and the steak. Thank you very much, if I pass here again I will definitely make the same order

The waitress was wonder, the Mushroom soup was delicious. The atmosphere was better. .

It’s hard out here on the road to find a welcoming and great spot for a meal. I’ll say this.. my meal hit the spot and the Emma was great! Service with a smile and amazing energy! The Christain music playing in the background was so refreshing to hear!! I will definitely be back when I’m in the area! Thank you 🙏🏼

It was so cold in the Chicago area the restaurant had lost Heat they did everything they can to keep the customers satisfied and continue coming back even putting heat lamps in the dining room if it wasn't for the cold I would have stayed longer I enjoyed my meals there and will enjoy coming back every time I come to the Chicago area just for the restaurant only not the truck stop that is located in

First time at this truck stop restaurant. Nothing bad to say. As others have stated, it is a truck stop restaurant. Ordered the meatloaf with a side salad and was pretty good. Yep, I'd come back again.

Just got me I55 octane burger with fries they were great hand cut fries there's nothing like them my waitress was outstanding and friendly great experience.

Dont know where the 1 stars came from. Its a skeleton crew in a truckstop diner. My server was polite. Didnt hover over me. If i needed something id just ask it it was taken care of almost instantly.

Food I didn’t try I can’t rate that out but gym and driver’s lounge you hardly find anywhere.
TV was not running but it won’t bother you can conversation with other drivers it’s pretty cool.

Everyone was friendly and kind. And only 15 a night for parking. love this place.

I've eaten a lot of things, in a lot of places.
The chef that was in this morning (10 am 1/4/23), is an artist, and the staff was friendly without being intrusive.

Truly a wonderful experience, and I will make sure to return when I'm in the neighborhood again.

15 dollars to park, but well worth it. Unlike Thieving A**holes / Pr*cks who charge 20+ to park but yet have nothing but stale roller grill dogs or sandwiches, they have a great restaurant with various options. (I had the steak special, and it was PERFECT)

The Lasagna was great. I hear 5he chili is good too. I can't wait to come back.

The food and service were both great! We started with wings which came with the sauce for dipping rather than being tossed. Husband ordered the skirt steak and eggs which was cooked perfectly and surprisingly tender. I ordered the meat omelette and home fries and grabbed a grilled chicken salad to go, all of which were so good. The server was very nice and did a great job taking care of us. We'll definitely be back whenever we're in the area and have time!

Great place and food excellent customer service

Great food. Good atmosphere. The meatloaf was melt in your mouth good. Very tasty. The liver and onions was a nice surprise to find on the menu. So good.

Came here and ordered tbone steak and eggs. Best steak I've had at a truckstop restaurant. Full of flavor (loved the seasoning the put on). My waitress was friendly, very nice lady. I will be back anytime I'm in the area.

Nice restaurant with friendly people. Good menu selection with fare prices. It has a pay to park lot. First 3 hours free. We'll worth a visit. This is my second time. Nice atmosphere.
