I am Scott Tucker from Mother Tucker Breweries in Colorado. I purchased our brewing systems from a different vendor 5 years ago that has since gone out of business. After looking all over for a replacement control panel, I found Electric Brewing Supply. Ryan was amazing to work with! He was able to put together a new control panel to get us back up and running. This place is Top Shelf! If you need anything for your Electric Brewing systems, this is the place to get what you need! Quality and Customer Service are Outstanding!

I cannot say enough about how great Ryan and his team are to work with. I got a brewing panel from them and the quality is fantastic. They worked with me on a shipping need I had and made the process easy. When I got the panel one of the PIDs had an issue and Ryan emailed me quickly and on weekends to try and fix it, once he figured out it was a bad part he quickly shipped me a new one and everything is running great. I did a lot of research on the panel I wanted, maybe over a year and I could not be happier with my choice.

I've ordered twice from them. On the first order I made a last minute request via email to add some items and they caught my package on the way out the door to add the extra items. On another occasion I had a breaker fail and they replaced it quickly so I could brew the following weekend.

Great folks doing good things for the community! They've got a bunch of stuff in-store for homebrewing, enough to get you started. Friendly staff who are willing and able to help.

Great customer service. They were able to help us out when our brew house manufacturer (Bru-Gear) went awol.

My PID panel was not easy to wire. The diagram for wiring was not clear. The new panel I received has a wiring diagram in draft format but the owner sent the original wiring diagram so my wiring was between two different diagrams. This is my second panel I have built now and I would not recommend this panel. I think there are better sites out there for these electric panels.

STAY AWAY!

I placed an order on 10/28... it's now 11/9 and I still have no shipping information. I sent an e-mail on 10/3 about the status, that was responded to 10/4 with an apology that they hadn't see the order. He stated that they don't stock that item and would "Try" and order it from Unibrau that day. I replied on 11/4 asking if it would come directly from the manufacture to me. I received no response... on 11/8 I reached out for updated again and that also has not yet been responded too.

Its been over a week and a half and I have no idea where the product I ordered is at... I don't know if they ordered it through the manufacture, if it's been shipped.

Update: 11/11 still no response to me inquiries and order still in unfulfilled status 2 weeks after being placed.

Update: 11/16 I reached out expressing my disappointed lack of communication and no update. They finally responded and blamed the manufacture and stated he was going to have to cancel my order.

Update: 11/26 No refund on account still after 10 days, reached out asking for status on my refund. It's been dang near a month and I have no product or my money.

Please stay away and save yourself the trouble...
