Loved it! We had fresh homemade vege omelets home fries rye toast & blueberry pancakes. The staff is very nice & it feels like home.

Super friendly staff, great order consistency, and fastest drive thru line in town. My go to spot! They always get the details right and the vibes are spot on!

Fairly quick drive through. Kind of sketchy area, quite a few homeless people around.

I fell on an icy day and they replaced all my drinks for free. Always great service and drinks made correctly.

On this day in particular I went into a lot of different shops and they were all busy like I had never seen before. The wait was a little longer here as well...understandably on this day. The staff were extremely professional and ever kinder. They addressed us swiftly and let us know they were missing a person that day and apologized. This was a rare experience in which I oddly enjoyed waiting as they went above and beyond with their customer service. This is a fantastic Dunkin location!

Awesome staff definitely good company while your having morning coffee

My morning dunks!!! They never mess up my order an are usually quick. Depends on the time you get there. 530-6am is very busy. So if ya work early give yourself sometime to get to work. 515 is always a good time. I slide right in an out!!!

Wonderful staff and customer service! I forgot to order my coffee decaffeinate and without a second of hesitation they made me a new one. What a pleasant experience!!! The humor and smiles first thing in the morning really started my day off on the right foot! Thank you!!

Hands down my favorite donut shop, I pass a total of 3 dunks just to get my coffee made perfect every morning, this morning I made the biggest mistake and drove from Greenbush to Bangor for national bagel day & don't have a nice way of explaining how it went, long story short I left to go elsewhere & Alex at the front counter needs to look into finding a much more simplified career 🙌 🖕😤

The nicest people I have met in Maine so far! I received excellent service and hospitality, on top of being understaffed and busy. They made time for me and I will go out of my way to come back in the future.

Definitely decent coffee. No complaints about it.

That being said, if you are an occasional drinker and your significant other loves coffee, be prepared to go here quite a lot because of how good it is. I'm on my second mortgage and we're heading there again tomorrow!

This store is busy, the people who work here are so friendly and do a great job. I'm grateful to have this as our primary Dunks. Keep it up guys

Awesome time there. Service was great, nice and warm on the inside. Ordered a frozen hot chocolate and my boyfriend got their Energy Punch, it has monster in it. I think it's there for a limited time. Would definitely drink it again.

Has a good crew witch can make or break you fast food/coffee experience, and they definitely make it!

Every time I go to this place in the early noon I see a lady sitting on her phone complaining about the heat. It's always as I come in too. Lady. Stop sitting next to the door. Whoever you're talking to on the phone has no control over the temperate in the store. If you want to be warmer, don't sit by the place where cold air comes in from outside. We live in Maine and it's winter. You don't have my sympathy.

This spot is one of the few Dunkins that i have never had an issue with my order at. Coffee always made correctly, food delicious, service friendly and personable. 10 out of 10.

Tried the signature carmel cappuccino for the first time and it was delicious!

Over the last year and a half, and under the direction of their new manager Caryn, this Dunkin has really stepped up! I used to hate going to this location, but ever since Caryn took over the staff are amazing, the food is accurate 99.99999% of the time. I really look forward to seeing the team members as they have come to know me and my order.

I do wish corporate would stop discontinuing flavors 3 weeks after they are announced, like Butter Pecan and Gingerbread S'More, also wish they had a Picatane sauce or something for their sandwiches.

Overall I would highly recommend this location if you are looking for fast friendly service. BUT DO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT. Bangor Savings just opened a HUGE building across the street AND during the summer Bangor Waterfront concerts could increase your wait time.
