My wife and I were 20+ year customers. After reviewing all of our policies with Todd and American Family about 6 months ago we realized we were over paying on all of our premiums. Our cabin was the only policy we weren't over paying for. We received notice today that American Family would not be renewing the cabin because they weren't able to have all of our insurance business.
