Mr Doctor Rick at emergency number provided on her and Dr Klipfel’s business phone 3:15 am on Easter morning of all days Mr. Rick also DDS answered helped me of all days I get a crown issue pain he deserves recognition as does Dr Donna Rick DDS they’re superlative! My apologies woke up in severe pain felt bad calling but didn’t want to do the wrong thing thank you so much. Again my apologies for the call so early in the morning just was following up as their phone message advised. Thank you so much I’m sorry for the call at such a hour.

The staff is always very friendly. They are all very attentive to monitoring and managing patient pain and discomfort - greatly reduces any anxiety! I always feel like I've been treated like family and have received the best of care. Highly recommended!

I love going to the dentist! Everyone at Dr. Donna Rick's office makes it even more enjoyable!! I love the family and close knit feel. You don't feel like just another number. I love being able to walk in and they know who I am. I couldn't imagine going to another dentist!

One of the finest dentist in the area. Awesome and caring staff. Very thorough and capable to handle all your families dental needs from preschool to senior citizens.

I like everything about the office. The entire staff is nice. There are some new faces and they fit right in having knowledge and great personalities just like the current staff.
