Steven the cashier was very friendly and very helpful. I wish more cashiers we were like him .

Met reasonable expectations for product choice, sales associate ringing us out was very pleasant and informative. My son got to enjoy seeing their baby duck and chic area.

I went there to purchase a specific wood stove they had in stock. It was a display so it was kind of beat up. They were more than helpful with getting it loaded and helping me out because of its condition. I feel bad that failed to get names but there was a very nice young man and two very nice young women there that night. Super appreciate them!

I love TS. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. They
always have a suggestion if you need help making a choice. Their prices are competitive and fair and sales are worth the extra trip! If what you're looking for isn't in the store you can check online or they will be happy to order it for you. Great CS!

Call to get hours and stopped by to pick up items we needed. Staff was helpful and friendly. They have a large sections of items and shelfs were well stocked

We had a shock spring on our camper blow a couple miles away from the store and after we came to pick up the parts, not only did they give us a discount to try and help out but one of the employees, Chris, even offered to help replace it after he got off of work. Great people and great service.

Nice clean friendly neighborhood store. You can get slot of variety here from trailer Hitchs to weedwackers to horse food and well pumps. My daughter loves to go look at the baby chicks and ducks. Fun to browse through the stuff here. Check it out.

Holy smokes, this place was a lifesaver. My 33 foot camper broke down about 15 miles away from town in the middle of nowhere, north of Muskegon. I went in there and there is a wonderful lady at the service desk that smiled and pointed me over to write to the bearings that I needed. No auto shop anywhere in White Hall AR Muskegon had the parts, she walked me over their planet and said they're right there I pick them up look through them and grab the second set, they went right together. I was so grateful and so happy, very friendly very polite I couldn't get enough accolades for this place. Thank you very much for your courtesy and kindness and help

I could spend all my money here. This spring I purchased a new riding lawnmower. I had some trouble with the bagger attachment. The store manager ended up delivering it for free do to the trouble. Great service.

Anne the 12 yr employee cashier went out if her above and beyond she needs to be recognized verbal written and monetary superlative!

Great! Was talking with the man who said he managed the store for years and nearing retirement well it was raining and I mentioned he needed a roof, his reply was that complaining doesn't help, as an employee is saw his view but as a costomer I would love to see a shelter like Ludington store, with a placque with his name and service years, with a saying " one has to complain to the right people", his son was in the service as is mine, his son is now a police officer, I want to attend a gathering with them!

The employees at this location are always friendly, patient and extremely helpful. And the store is always so tidy, which also makes shopping easy and convenient.

Had most of what I needed, although they were out of stock on a number of items due to the Father's Day sale. Staff was helpful and accommodating and I got out the door with everything I needed or a suitable substitute. Thanks!
