Best car buying experience I've ever had. Bart was amazing! I set out to drive 1 certain vehicle and didn't really love it. I had a second choice option at their other lot. We picked it up and made a great deal. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend Bart and the Car Store to anyone!

Alden and Matt were great to work with! Absolutely no pressure to drive or buy anything. They listened to what I was looking for and walked me through a few different trucks to find the one that felt right. They gave me a fair deal on my trade, as well as the price on my new to me Tundra. Do yourself a favor and at least check them out. You'll be happy you did.

My daughter decided to purchase her first car with a payment. She is young and process can be a little scary for them. NOT at The Car Store! She said it was terrific and stress free! She was very well taken care of by the staff! I'm glad our local dealer takes such good care of my family members! They definitely did not treat my daughter as just another sale. This place is great! Great prices, vehicles and people. They do a great job at just letting you look around, test drive and answer any questions you may have with no runaround. Then if you do decide to do business with them you are in and out with your new car in no time at all. Would recommend!

The Car Store was Awesome. We talked to multiple car dealerships and they won out. They even topped a store where we had bought four vehicles from in the past.

Matt and his partner bent over backwards for us. We kept bugging them to get things finished and they met the deadline. We wanted a nice car for me to come home from the hospital after my surgery.

The Car Store and it’s owner/ salesman Matt made me rethink my opinion of the car buying experience entirely. I found a truck they had listed online for a very fair price that almost seemed too good to be true. I have dealt with dealers and salesman before and always felt like they were out to deceive me in one way or another but that was far from the case with Matt. I live in an entirely different state and was worried that I would be wasting a 5 hour drive to see a truck I wouldn’t end up buying but Matt went out of his way to give me every detail about the truck I wanted to know and he was able to work with me and my bank to allow me to make the drive and leave with a truck that was in great shape, at a great price and with a warranty on the same day that I found the truck online! I did have my doubts that the warranty might not cover certain things especially since I was in a totally different state, and I hoped that I wouldn’t have to use it at all. Unfortunately the truck blew a transmission cooler line after about a week of owning it so I contacted Matt and I was totally wrong. He let me take the truck to my local mechanic and as soon as I got the estimate faxed, he had a check in the mail heading my way! I would totally recommend purchasing from Matt/ The Car Store, especially if you are out of state it really was a great experience

First time car buyers from a used car place and our experience was great from The Car Store. Matt is a transparent guy who didnt feed us a bunch of bullcrap. We had a issue within the first couple of days but he stood behind his word and fixed the issue right away. I highly recommed this place and plan on doing business again here in the future.

The property & vehicles are very clean. The attention to details from Renae was top notch!! She and Matt both were honest and pressure free. That was important to me!!! They did the paperwork and got me approved in a matter of hours. GO Check them out!!

We bought a suburban a little less than a year ago. I found out there were issues almost 9 months into owning it that were there when it was purchased. I wrote a review that was rough. Matt contacted me soon after, we discussed some things. Never in my life would I have expected to hear I would be getting a check in the mail! We bought a vehicle from a competitor’s dealership. We were aware of cosmetic wear and tear and 1 primary repair needed with the exhaust manifold; this is what the selling dealership presented to us as their final findings after a thorough inspection of the for sale vehicle. We took our vehicle to The Car Store and had Alden inspect the primary repair issue to be fixed. During the initial inspection, less than 10 minutes in, Alden had found 3 additional repairs needing attention, issues that involved the actual standard safety aspects of the vehicle. We were shocked at not having these items already fixed before able to be sold to a consumer. A big THANKS and the due diligence of Alden and his team to simply find safety issues needing repair on our vehicle, where others were not so diligent and overlooked several safety items that could have caused my family harm on a newly purchased vehicle.

Made the car buying process quick and easy! Took car in for a warranty repair and they got me in and got it done as quickly as possible. Also, they pay attention to smaller details...I had ripped down my warranty paper from the window but it still had the tape stuck on the window. I was scared to try to remove it but didn't say anything. When I picked up my car they had removed it for me!!! This really made my day. (Window has tint on it and I was scared to scratch it).
