ERIK'S - Bike Board Ski

The employee that helped us was amazing! He was knowledgeable and helped us find a bike that fit our needs and budget. Plus he helped us find all the accessories that would make the bike fit for a 13 year old. My daughter was so excited to pickup her bike yesterday!

All of the employees, from the bike tech to the sales people, were fantastic. They were all extremely helpful. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, and they were able to recommend a new bike for me in my price range.

Vanessa was amazing, as she took the time to try on a number of ski boots with me. She helped me in determining which fit the best, and fit best in my price range. I really appreciated her attention and the help I got in picking out my new ski boots.

The repair shop is always amazing. The staff is helpful and listens to all my concerns and are able to explain what is wrong and definitely are not just trying to get money out of you. They care a lot. The only place I go for my bike needs!

The technician who worked on my skis was awesome. I dropped them off and they were ready to be picked up in under an hour. I also received great customer service from the other employee who helped me find a ski helmet. Great service as always!

Bought lots of snowboard equipments in Erik’s onsite many times and they were all good experiences.
For online services, they replied my message so quick and solved my problem fairly well. Have to give them 5 stars.

I brought my older mountain bike into the service department for a tune-up/overhaul. Michael went through my bike and listened to my concerns and provided an estimate before work began. Parts availability was a concern due to the age of my bike, but he was able to work with me on sourcing parts. The work performed was fast, clean, and expertly finished. I would highly recommend Michael at the Roseville location!

Stopped in from Tillsonburg, Ontario, Canada to checkout the 2020 Hightower. Lance set me up and let me take for a test ride! Was upfront I wasn't buying today but he treated me like a local customer anyway. Beautiful store! I reccomend!

We were greeted right away and given excellent service. I was purchasing a balance bike for my 2-year old granddaughter and the sales person was knowledgeable and was so attentive and sweet to her. It was a great experience!

Been there a couple of times. Staff are always friendly and treat people with respect. One time they even remove and replace my stuck pedals from the stem for free (I brought new pedals.) Wish I could give them 6 stars.

I purchased an e-bike at this location yesterday (4/11/23) and after the clerk gave it a full check he let me take it out the door. I rolled (not rode) the bike 50 ft. and the rear tire popped. I brought it back in and he promptly took it back to the "mechanic". I returned about an hour later and waited for another 20 minutes to get it back. For a popped tube. Today I had to make two adjustments of my own because the rear brakes were incredibly mushy and the brake levers were not even. This wouldn't be a big deal if I hadn't just spent $1400 on the bike.
I'm very satisfied with the cordial manner of the clerk that helped me but not really confident with the overall operation. I'm just hoping the bike itself is solid so I don't have to bring it back to the people that are putting them together.

** Update ** (4/13/23) I just took my bike for it's first ride and didn't even make it 2 miles before the same tire popped.
I will be will be going back to the shop tomorrow to get it fixed and get my "assembly fee" back.

** Update ** (4/15/23) Returned for a repair and once again, the staff was great. Instead of a repair they simply replaced the bike to avoid any hassle. They also dropped the assembly fee. This is the primary reason I went to Erik's in the first place and I am glad they backed their reputation. I will be picking up my new bike in a couple of days but now I have confidence that they will follow through with any issues I may have. Thank you to for making it right.

If I could give to 10 stars I would! This was the first time I have ever been in an Erik’s store and was purchasing a bike for a ride I am doing in colorado in September. I was feeling very nervous and overwhelmed at the thought of finding a bike. From the moment I walked in, everyone was EXTREMELY helpful! I worked primarily with Dylan but everyone was soooo nice, answered all my questions and never made me feel stupid. I ended up buying a bike, helmet, water bottle cage and I’ll be back to replace the seat and peddles soon! This was an exceptional experience and I will definitely be a customer for a long time!! Thank you!!
