Chocolaterie Stam - Omaha

Absolutely delicious chocolate! We have been going here for special occasions for years. All other chocolates have been ruined for me! The staff are always friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. They serve the cocoa at perfect drinking temp.

We came here after seeing Wonka for cocoa and bon bons, and it was the perfect date. We now come here after every movie date.

My personal favorites are the orange, raspberry, lemon, amaretto, and coconut bon bons. My only complaint is that they changed the recipe of the forest berry bon bon. It used to be my absolute favorite. I miss the old recipe, but that's just me.

We haven't tried the gelato yet, but I will update my review once we do.

I rarely give places a 5 star rating, but this place deserves it. The bonbons are flavorful, and there is a wide variety of flavors. Also, the coffee is smooth and delicious. I go in just for a coffee and piece of chocolate when I am in the area. They have something for everyone, even gelato.

What a wonderful little treasure. You know if your dentist recommends a chocolatier you have to try it. Great atmosphere, wonderful chocolate, even sugar-free options...did I just say that? I even tried their gelato...wonderful.

This is the only place I come for all of my gourmet chocolate. Suzi is wonderful, and the chocolate toffee is to die for!! I also love the bon bons and the chocolate orange slices. This is a must stop place to stop for all of your fun chocolate needs or just for a fun pick me up when you need one!!

Great little place. Has plenty of little chocolates to choose from. Then if you're not satisfied with that, they also have gelto. Which gets rotated from their daily flavors and you can get ones like red velvet, pistachio, and creme Brûlée. Then if you want some none dairy there are options for that as well. They have separate packaged European candy, like kinder and much more.

Went for gelato recently. This time I went for the strawberry (dairy free) sorbetto and the pineapple blueberry sorbetto.
I've upgraded this to a 5 star as these two flavors were great.

I was told by someone recently that they use to sit there for hours and got to know the people working there. She did always order something and they always made her feel welcome.

I'd recommend getting their stroop waffles if it's in stock

There are many beautiful chocolates to be had here. If you want something with an airforce symbol on it, you can get them from here. They seem to be in packs 1 of 4 (the other are different designs).
Their gelato is fine. I tried the unicorn marshmallow.
It is a very inviting space. There are board games to play. It seems like a nice place to spend an afternoon.
My favorite was the hazelnut chocolate made in the shape of corn.

Very good Gelato and handmade chocolates. I really enjoyed the chocolate covered orange peels, it mat sound bad but it was very good and worth the price. I'll definitely return for more.

The best customer service I have e experienced in years. The chocalateer knew everything about his chocolates and gelato and store history. If he is not an owner his owner should give him a raise. Oh and the gelato was heavenly!

Great service: kind, attentive & helpful. The chocolates are adorable and delicious. Sorbetto flavors change up and are refreshing & tasty! The aesthetic inside is beautiful & fun, too.

This place is an absolute gem! Nestled in a thicket of box stores, it stands out in quality atmosphere and goods. I loved my hot tea and Gelato and would totally go back for gifts and things. My neice liked it too!

Everytime we go, it's a lovely time. Delicious coffee, stroopwafel, divine chocolate and the best gelato. (I lived in Italy, I can vouche) The staff is always welcoming and nice, the atmosphere warm and to borrow from the Dutch, gezellig!

We originally went in for espressos (spoiler alert we didn’t get any) because it was so much more than that! The gelato 🤌🏼 every flavor we tried was so good! I got the lemon with cookies, cookies and cream, orange spice, and a coffee one! Every single one was a hit! Then we started on the chocolates! Man there was so many different options! Every single candy we got was a 10/10! And the gentleman working was so nice and helpful!

I especially love the gelato. It’s made in store. I moved from here 6 years ago and visited again today and they had the flavor i remember being my favorite, creme brulee, and it so good. They have quite the assortment of chocolate candies too. Friendliest staff, they give you your money’s worth.

This place is great! They fill the smalls up so much!! Ice cream melts fast, could have been from being outside in the sun for like 31/2 minutes

The drinks are really well priced, and go great with the chocolates.

The chocolates themselves? Delicious. The fillings all have a very light and smooth texture, but don't lack in flavor in any way.

Having tasted a variety of the white, milk, and dark chocolates, I can say you won't go wrong with any of the chocolate here.

Although a chocolaterie my fiancé and I tend to return and return for the gelatos! Tried well over 10 different gelato and sorbets over the few months and have loved every single one and neither of us are much of dessert people which says a lot. We have had their chocolate a few times, personally I don’t like chocolate (I know, weird) and definitely like their filled chocolates but not my first pick for sweets… my fiancé on the other hand could demolish multiple in a minute if it wasn’t an unhealthy idea haha. Overall, definitely recommend visiting!! Great for family’s, couple, or simply someone looking for a sweet treat :)
