I've been to a few mechanics in the area and have had a really good experience with all of them, but I really like JB's. They do have a bit of a wait because it's no secret they are great at what they do, but it's worth the wait.

They are knowledgeable, honest, professional and fair.

I was a bit stressed because my only vehicle just had an unexpected issue, but it looks like it will be repaired much sooner than I thought it would.

Normally I do all my own work, but I was having trouble with this particular issue so I brought my truck into JB's.

I told them there was a bad creaking coming from the driver front, and I was losing some brake fluid and noticed a smoke and smell coming from behind my brake booster.

After a free diagnosis, it turned out that my valve cover gasket was leaking slightly onto my exhaust, and my ball joints were bad.

Long story short, they replaced my valve cover gaskets and my lower ball joints. They were very honest with me and told me exactly what was wrong, and when I told them I wanted only certain things fixed because I'm on a college student budget, they worked with me and did only what I asked without trying to upsell anything. They even found a leak in my driver front brake line, and replaced it without charging me labor since it wasn't in the original diagnosis/it was done before I was told.

After taking the truck home, I noticed the valve cover gasket was still leaking and I called them back immediately. They told me to bring it back in and they would get to it immediately, and it would be no charge to me. It turned out to be an issue with the gasket manufacturer, so it was completely warrantied. They walked outside & met me in the lot as soon as they saw me pull in this second time (now that's service), and took my truck right into the shop. It was done that day.

Now she's all fixed and rides like a caddy. Their labor rates were extremely competitive with anyone around. Very happy with the work they did, and if I ever have issues that require a shop again, I will be certain to bring it back to them. Can't thank these guys enough for being so helpful, punctual, honest, and polite!

2nd time I used this place. The first was for my Toyota's air conditioning... this time was for my Jeep's starter install.. when I came to pick it up... I noticed the broken passenger mirror was fixed! Thank you JBS! You bought a lifelong customer. Like I said, my dad and son now use your services.

I have taken my cars here for years, cannot recommend their service enough. Always willing to talk me through whats wrong and is genuinely an amazing business worth every penny.
