Jennifer was great! I didn't know quite what to expect with the CPAP and was a bit apprehensive. She explained everything, showed me how everything works and included paperwork to help, if I should forget something. She also included her card should I have any questions or need to reach out. The appointment went swiftly and I'm looking forward to much needed better sleep.

Pam provided me with the information I needed in order for me to make informed decisions about the medical equipment needed for our situation. Less than 24 hours later a new wheel chair was delivered in pristine condition. She asked all the right questions to ensure the wheel chair was delivered with the specifications needed for our particular situation. Who knew so much was involved?! My husband is in the hospital and will be transferred to a facility for a couple of weeks before coming home. It will be necessary for me to make sure our home has the necessary medical equipment is available to ensure a safe environment for my husband when he comes home. The stress of our situation has been overwhelming. It is comforting to know that Carelinc will be there for us as their expertise and professionalism will come in handy for the additional equipment we will need to order in the coming weeks.
