The only place I go. They’re so awesome. This is the music shop you want to go to.

I’m a new guitar player and needed my strings changed for the first time. The two people at the shop were super nice and friendly. They answered all my questions and I had a lot.. they changed them for me too while showing me how.

I’ve gone in multiple times for various things after: Tuner, capo, picks. I asked if they had any teacher recommendations and now I’m having weekly guitar lessons with an amazing instructor too. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Very smart there. A welcoming place for beginners. Dom is a cool guy and helped me fix my guitar.

Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Told me about the product I was looking for (LTD Guitar), showed me some other options that would be worth considering. I played a couple guitars and found one of their recommendations was actually much more what I was looking for! My son was poking around as well (5 year old), and the staff was very cool with him! He's a pretty gentle kid, but still nice that he was able to play around with some stuff! I would highly recommend this place, very knowledgeable staff, good selection, and good prices!

Music Go Round of Minnetonka carries a fine selection of used guitars and amps unlike larger chain guitar stores whose inventory is mainly focused on new gear. I found the staff to be pleasant and knowledgeable and the store is a great place to find the unexpected and unique.

Had a great experience here. I wish I could remember the guys name bit he had a Mohawk/mullet type haircut, but he was really personal and professional at the same time. They had a good selection of basses and the store is nicely laid out. Would definitely come here again!

We had an excellent experience at Minnetonka Music Go Round. The staff made us feel welcome and valued. We purchased Corwin's beloved Alto Sax for my high school son who plays jazz, pep band, marching band; he LOVES his new horn! Corwin, your Sax is in good hands and will be played hard!

I purchased a few guitars from here. Sales staff is always very welcoming. I had an issue with my Kramer that required new pickup installation. Dominic did a really nice job on it. They were installed and it was ready to play in just a few days. It sounds great. Thanks for all the help to find what I needed Dominic.

Best music store around. I love the Music Go Round concept. And, they have really good gear at great prices. I called up the store yesterday to get a used mandolin mid-session, and Joey really killed it. He set aside a used mando for me, and I ended up picking up a couple used mics at a great price, plus a uke... this place rules. Stellar service from Joey.

Just purchased a 1981 Ovation Folkore guitar and couldn't be happier. Great sounding guitar at a fair price! They took the time to help me with the purchase and provided accurate feedback on the condition of the guitar. Highly recommend!!

Quick and easy to sell instruments. Could make more if you sell it yourself

I brought in an instrument to sell and got an honest, fair price from the owner. He took time to explain the instrument to me, did some research, and came up with a very competitive offer. I felt the owner treated me with integrity and fairness. This store is a real asset to the community, in my opinion. I plan to shop there again in the future.

Great Experience. I worked directly with the owner of the store. He arranged to get me exactly the instrument we needed. It was in excellent condition, and it had been professionally cleaned and reconditioned. The best part was the price was better than anything I had found on all of the classified listing sites. I highly recommend checking with Corwin before you make a purchase anywhere else.

Though I live in the north east, I recently purchased a gorgeous vintage Les paul from this shop online. I called ahead of time to ask some questions and the staff was helpful. I wanted to share my appreciation for the quality and accurate description of the guitar, as well as the care taken to pack and ship it in a quality box! great experience!

Solid staff and well versed in equipment and guitars. I purchased a guitar and some miscellaneous gear a while back from Music Go Round in MTKA. Although I was happy with the guitar, I brought it back in with some questions after a few weeks of playing it had passed. They made a few small adjustments and straightened it out at no additional charge. They made sure I was a happy customer, that was important to me. I recommend checking them out!

This store is organized well with a great selection of instruments. They offer lessons and repairs as well. The employees let me look in peace while letting me know they were there if I had any questions. I was impressed as I have not had good luck at other locations. I will definitely return here.

Do NOT confuse this place for Guitar Center. These guys actually know what they are talking about.

As a sort-of chain, I think this location is still trying to find their niche in the Twin Cities music gear market, so their stock kind of reflects that. But their staff is extremely knowledgeable with what they do have, new and used. No sales BS and no searching the internet for product information. Just straight gear talk.

They also have been VERY good about honoring returns for the cables I bought from them with lifetime warranties.

Ordered a used amp online, it came much faster than I expected, was in great shape and included paperwork to confirm it was tested. Shipping was handled with care. Very satisfied! Will definitely keep this in mind for future music purchases, thank you!
