We have been using Connell Insurance for a couple decades and have always experienced the BEST of customer service! I always feel so relieved knowing that when I have a change to our policy or adding vehicles that all I have to do is send Kim an email and I will hear from her within a couple hours, and we are set!
Gives me such piece of mind!

best customer service and a lot of options

Subpar customer service, unresponsive, resistive. Insured my business for nine years via this agency, not once in all those years was there a call to check-in, or to review coverages, etc. The final straw was I turned in a claim and not only did they not acknowledge receiving it to me, they also didn't bother to turn it in to the carrier. Was good at getting the policy setup to take my premium though!

I wish I could give them less than zero, after 9 years they left me without insurance, no explanation, no further assistance, I had Escrow paying for it whole time, my property was without insurance for 10 days until I got a new one....
