Location is by the Main ave and Paulison, expect traffic on some days bc that street is busy as it is with bus routes and highways all around. Unless the bus routes were to change.

I went to Wendy’s for many years in different locations when I was growing up. Wendy Thomas is the owner of Wendy’s. I ordered a chicken sandwich, french fries, and Sprite soda. There is a taste good. I love it

Wendy is a place to die for. The food is fresh and the drinks are the best.For new people wondering to come, this place is incredible and is highly reccomended. The staffs are nice and the area is very clean.

Clearly this Wendy’s was short staffed this evening and the staff should be COMMENDED for their HARD WORK. This establishment was particularly busy because it was dinner time but you can see how hard the staff (of only five) were working. The drive thru was about 8-10 cars deep and there were about 6-8 parties waiting for their orders inside. There was only 1 gentleman taking orders at the counter, 2 women making the food, 1 gentleman running the orders and the friendly woman at the drive thru window! They actually forgot my small fries at the drive thru in my order so I went back inside and the guy at the counter who I believe was the manager was very apologetic and gave me a large fries. The woman who took my order at the drive thru was extremely polite and friendly even though she was doing multiple things at the same time!! She was taking orders, filling orders, taking money and helping her colleagues as much as she could.
⭐Whom ever the district Manager is of this particular Wendy’s, you have a very hard working and dedicated staff and they should be commended for doing the work of multiple people due to the short-staffed situation that evening!
The staff that worked on Wednesday March 8,2023 at approximately 5:45/6:00 pm should be commended and given additional compensation for doing the work of multiple people.

the greatest wendy’s i went to by far! great experience from the management crew to the staff! lovely energy and great and fresh food all the time! very convenient due to the strip and stadium. great choice! the manager jasmine is to die for. every time i come, she always remember my specific order and always greets with a cheery voice and a smile! thank you so much!

always see the same hard workers there. They are super friendly, rarely make a mistake, and the couple of times they had, they were quick to fix them. Always smiling. And, for all the stuff they put up with from nasty customers, who treat them like garbage, smiling and remaining friendly can't be easy all the time. Our food service people deserve raises and our respect. REMEMBER, WE ARE IN THIS TOGETHER.

The best service in the drive thru!!! Workers were so nice and were very professional. Love me a frosty and French fries.

A good wendys. You can order your food at a kiosk inside!! The UI/UX is a little wonky BUT I didn't feel like social interacting with service workers so I used the convenient kiosk! $5 biggie with upgraded strawberry frosty? you cannot go wrong...

Another great Wendy's restaurant. Been open for a few weeks and it's still clean, inside as well as the outdoor sitting area. Busy with customers all over, had a big order I placed online and were able to fulfill it completely, no mistakes. Plenty of staff on hand too, I think this store is going to be my new burger-to-go to joint.

Had baconater sandwich for breakfast at the Main Ave, Passaic & was better than other fast food breakfast.

I went today at 4:30 am to buy a lunch combo and the guy on drive thru said we don’t have lunch at this time only breakfast!! Then a took order online and I got my lunch! complain for the lazy guy on the drivethru

Well to me it got better I been coming her everyday night when I get off since it been open,I use to go to Clifton but they line way to long, an the line at this location was long to for a min, 30-40 mins in line crazy but lately at night,the line as not been long to wait in maybe 10-15 mins if that but i love tht they take your order fast, an they are polite order takers,an when I get to place my order they always say sorry for the wait. I almost didn't get lucky one night last week cuz it was 2:03 a I pulled in an they said we closed but the lady tht came to window was nice an took my order. So they coming along so don't be hard on them an talk negative,so I gave ya 5 stars

I have always gone to this location since they opened, and the service is great. People are very friendly, and the foods are always fresh 😋 thank you for keeping up the great work.

Went there last night with grandma after picking her up from the airport. Employees were really nice. Ordered a biggie bag. No more hot honey sauce tho😕 but bacon on my Jr. Cheeseburger was CRISPY!

I came for the test run and this place is AMAZING!! The staff operates very well and they’re very helpful and kind. The environment is so welcoming and I definitely recommend visiting once its officially open! (Their strawberry lemonade is sooo good!!)

People be rude as hell this place just opened and its great! They are learning and doing the best they can and Therye doing good! This is a small branch ok? You cant expect it to be like others instantly. Its a PROCESS. overall good. Attended well and she was very kind. Food is good so yall need to chill with your reviews.

Some of yall need to chill in the reviews, this place just opened, and this is a small new location, its not gonna run smoothly for atleast a year. For a new location, I think its decent. Just don't go expecting the location to be the same as others because NEWS FLASH, they are still learning what works at this location.
