Okay I went in today December 2023 I have been going here for years everyone was very professional and friendly and especially Dorothea She was amazing and she is amazing at what she does she deserves a award she has excellent customer service and got my transaction done in a timely matter. She educated me about what post office has to offer as far as shipping wise . but all in all the front and post office it self is amazing

Had to return something after work and I walked in a minute before they closed and the lady working there was SO nice. Wish more people had her personality and attitude at the end of a work day. Definitely a good reminder for myself.

Very good staff and helpful. But when I was coming have problems with payment by card because online system problem. Good job to the staff finally can get thru.

Staff is very professional, I was a little uneducated with how to mail a bigger package to canada and the worker was prompt on what to do, patient with me. I feel for the staff that deal with the person in front of me, the sender got mad at staff for having a charge for something. Things don’t magically get shipped, of course there is a charge.

Had the wrong packaging for the preprinted postage sticker. Very kind and helpful clerk helped me switch it out to a package that worked. Thank you!

As a traveller I popped in to send a small package not knowing the system. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Got me what I needed at low cost, chatted about my country and then helped me find a close ATM! Thank you!

The mail carrier for our house picked me up and helped me to my door after I fell on the ice and broke my arm. I want to thank him.

These guys are the greatest! They answered the phone promptly and courteously and then responded kindly and quickly in helping me deal with my mail "crisis" and solving my dilemma. Thank you, thank you! I love the US Postal Service, especially the workers at the 55426 station!
