This store is great! I don't have to wait 1 hour to get helped unlike the Redmond location. I Came in here not really knowing what I wanted and I was helped by Philip. He was fantastic! He got me a new s6 for a good price and was incredibly helpful getting my info over!

I went to this location to transfer 4 lines from ATT to Verizon. It was so nice to walk in to a quiet clean store, with no wait! Mauricio ended up helping me and He was so pleasant to work with! Very knowledgeable, very patient and friendly and did everything quickly and painlessly. I would highly recommend this location and to ask for him! I will be going back to have him help me from now on 😊

The worker Mauricio was fantastic. He helped me solve many complicated issues. He is super knowledgeable on so many issues, helping me figure out costs of lines, family plans, etc.
He also helped me return a phantom line from the past.
Also, the other workers here are great too.
My only complaint is that this store get so busy that the workers don't answer the phone.
If you have time to come in, these people are fantastic!

Excellent customer service through and through.

My wife and I came in for an upgrade and were helped out by Danny. He helped us get switched over into our new iphones and ended up staying an hour past closing to ensure everything transferred over and was working properly (even though he was the only person working that shift).

He truly went above and beyond.

Brandt was extremely helpful. I came in with my port over info and within about 30-45 minutes he had my new phone set up with requested apps downloaded, Verizon plan changed and all my contacts transferred off my old phone on to this one. I would highly recommend this store to anyone wanting to port over!

Trevor was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. We will return to this store and to hopefully for all our phone needs. We called ahead and he suggested we come into the store and he was waiting for us when we arrived. The store was conveniently located and had ample parking. Great experience overall!!

Mauricio was great! Took the time to set up and show me how to use my device in great detail. He even stayed after the store was supposed to be closed, super professional. He really puts the customer first!

Awesome store! I had a very bad experience at the Bear-Creek verizon store so I came here instead and they took care of me right away! The assistant manager (I think his name was Morice) was super cool.

I love this store! It's much better then the Redmond location I don't have to wait an hour to be helped whenever I come in! I also just got my new phone here and the manager Philip helped me get all my info transferred over. This will be the only location I will go to from now on
