AT&T Store

Kyle helped us amazingly! The process was so smooth and I greatly enjoyed his services, as he was incredibly friendly and his customer service was 10/10. I would recommend him for anyone coming into the store! ◡̈

The young lady that helped us was excellent! If she didn't have the answer she quickly found out. We're seniors, fixed income, she found ways to save us money. I was more than impressed with her.

The gentleman was very kind asked quickly what my preferences were for a new phone and didn't try to persuade me into a more expensive phone than I had told him was within my budget. He even went above and brought out a better phone than I had anticipated on getting that had a great deal going on at the time.

Came in to add a line. Kyle was amazingly helpful. Not pushy. Very informative. He was pleasant to talk to and made my experience easy. Will be back!

First and foremost Savannah is the best carrier smart phone representative we have ever experienced since iPhones came out. She handled everything upgrading four iPhone 11‘s to iPhone 14's & 15+'s . And Savannah figured out how to get our daughter in Honolulu Hawaii phone quickly and painlessly. She is a credit to the company. Wish there was more like her. I was worried trying to get a phone post pandemic but it was no problem for her. Her multitasking abilities with customers is amazing. She should write a course on it. For all the next generation to follow. Thanks to Savannah that Store has done a 180° turnaround since the summer of 21. That store should be upgraded from retail to full service AT&T center🖖🏻 The 5G in Big Rapids is working great amazing Signal/speed for a smaller town. She also kept me up-to-date on my retired military veteran discount to the new plan.

Kyle was so helpful. He was very patient and went above and beyond to get our devices going just in time for Christmas. He definitely made our lives much easier by handling everything for us.

Kaity (and some help from Kyle) helped me so much today, got me hooked up with all the accessories I needed for my new device! Honestly was a pretty quick process :) They also made the experience in store very pleasant with their friendliness and knowledge!

Kyle was absolutely wonderful to work with - explained everything so two “old people” could understand! Was great about walking us thru all charges.

Savannah’s demeanor while handling upset customers immediately impressed me before she could even help me with my requests. Hearing angry customers address their concerns and she kept her composure and professionalism. From a customer service rep to another, she’s a great employee. Valuable.

I was having issues with resolving account information over the phone with AT&T so I went in the store. Kyle was very helpful in answering all my questions and helping me order a new device. Much easier than being put on hold constantly and transferred to different departments repeatedly.

Kyle helped my husband and I transfer service from Verizon and set us up with a hotspot. He was quick, knowledgeable and helpful with the process making it seamless for us.

Kyle helped me get my phone upgraded and all of my data transferred over. Was very helpful in making sure it was a quick and easy process while making sure I understood everything that was being asked of me with the contract.

Savannah helped us after a bad service at OSL. She was patient and thorough and fixed our major issues that OSL caused.
Kyle was helpful too.

Employee Tony was polite, respectful and very attentive. He got all of my needs and not once did he show a sign of frustration.
