Master Plumbing Systems

Master Plumbing performed all of the work in building our home. We have now been in that home nearly 8 years and have continued to use Master Plumbing. They are always prompt and professional and we wouldn't consider using anyone else. Don is the best!

We have called Master Plumbing several times over the past few years for needs such as installing a new toilet to fixing our RO system, etc. Don is the one who comes to our home and is very kind and efficient. When needs arise I think of them,

Master plumbing did the original plumbing our new house built 3 1/2 years ago. They have been wonderful with any follow up and we left them a message on Sunday evening for a Moen shower valve that wouldn't completely turn off. We needed a tankless water heater installed. I received a number of quotes from local companies and Master Plumbing was by far the most reasonable. Unbelievably quick response to begin the process of installing a bathtub to replaced the jetted garden tub we removed.
September 15, 2022. Work continues on our bathtub installation. This company is so patient to wait for us to complete our parts of the tub installation (ex-flooring under tub, etc). Don has been so kind, helpful and professional when he has been in our home. We are so grateful this company was referred to us. We will have no hesitation to call this company for our plumbing needs and if the opportunity arises we will refer them to others.

I was recommended by a family member and could not have been happier. Don was honest and efficient and went out of his way to make sure I could get the parts I needed on warrantee which saved me money. I will definitely call them again.

I've been so busy with my remodel that I haven't taken the time to thank all the nice people at Master Plumbing. In addition to re-piping the whole house they also did all the finish plumbing and did a great job. Amber was a delight to work with. She is very knowledgeable and friendly and responsive. Don came out to service our RO system (general maintenance). He was prompt, courteous and informative. We are over 60 and higher risk for COVID and appreciate that he wore as mask while here. Master Plumbing was also the plumbing contractor for our new home build three years ago. We have had no issues with anything. They do great work!

We had first called another company we found on *homeadvisors lead page who told us it was impossible to install this tub in our newly remodeled space. Master Plumbing installed all the supply lines and interior plumbing fixtures in our new construction 8 years ago. They resolved a difficult hot water supply problem involving our radiant heating system. Over the years, they have always been responsive and treated us like a highly valued customer, no matter how busy they are.

Don was very responsive and informative as he replaced our expansion tank yesterday. Master Plumbing did all of the plumbing when we built our Ivins home 8 years ago and they have only had to come back for a few minor maintenance items. I recommend them to anyone.

Master Plumber helped us out of a horrible jam caused by our builder. They were professional, honest and didn't sugar coat any of the challenges we encountered.
