Hannah was very good in working with us. Our phones had been really messed up from our last service and she was amazing witty all of that, she wasn’t annoyed or frustrated with us or anything she determined to help us. It was almost the end of closing time and she said she would help us until we got our phones fixed. It was really great customer services and she was an amazing helper with that!

I went there earlier today to get a certain phone and they were sold out. I was recommended a phone and chatted with the staff for a little bit. Thank you to Jesse and Asia! Where do I begin? Roshonda and Kev were more then good to me and my family! We came in with hopes to get new phones and it was a major success!!The store was clean! They both made sure we were 100% satisfied with the visit and did more then what we asked! The respect was greater then good. We had the specialty treatment shoutout to both Roshonda and Kev, For the patience, pizza, and amount of care for us and the kids. Our kids aren’t the easiest, and with having all 3 of them there it was the most comfortable my fiancé and I have felt taking them public in a long time. By the end of our mission, we didn’t leave with just phones, we left with a different mindset and friends! This company is very lucky to have these 2 on their team. Very very hard workers. Excellent customer service! Switched from Verizon and couldn't be more pleased! Cell service is great, the representatives are incredibly helpful, and we never encounter obscure fees like we used to with Verizon. Not to mention we're paying less than half of what we paid at Verizon, and getting more data, more texting, and more talking. No complaints here!

Im so impressed with this Cricket store. I live 35 mins away & the local Cricket store near me (Imlay City) was a joke, no inventory & no help. I drove all the way to Utica store because of their positive reviews. When I got there they didnt have the phone I needed but it was due any day as inventory was coming in. A lovely gal, Ayanna, helped me & as promised the phone came in just in time before I had to leave town on a trip. She set everything up on it for me & transferred all my stuff from my old phone for me & gave me a great deal! Shes very knowledgeable & didnt make me feel dumb as Im not that knowledgeable about cell phones! Ayanna was such a pleasant polite gal & very efficient in her job. She deserves a good raise! What a great experience this turned out to be for me & I will gladly drive the 35 mins to this store again if I ever need anything. Thank you Ayanna & Utica Cricket store! 😊

The best customer service I've ever encountered at a cell phone store. I've dealt with Verizon, ATT, T-Mobile and Sprint-Nextel customer service centers where you are treated as just a number there. The manager and staff here truly care and takes the time to assist the customer personally with what best suits their wants and needs.

My experience at this store was great I think the girl name was Jessica don’t quote me but she had a low pixie cut I wanna say shaped into a Mohawk I think but anyways she was literally helping me n another customer at the same time so points for getting the job done patiently urgently nicely and very respectively she told me T-Mobile don’t support cricket but she worked her magic n made my phone work anyways she was very very nice and I would totally go back to this store Jessica if ur reading this thank u so much ur a life saver

Great experience. Cam managed to work with my tech-obsessed boyfriend and my cranky frugal self to get phones we both liked. We walked out with new working phones without any fuss.
