We love how our new green roof looks!! Kaufman is responsive, helpful, and informative. We hired them first for our flat roof last fall and then this summer for the shingle portion of our roof and our garage. So pleased with the results.

We had an exceptional experience working with the Kaufman team to replace our roof and gutters. Every Kaufman employee we interacted with was positive, professional, and knowledgeable. They were always responsive. They worked directly with our insurance company to adjust our claim and ensure appropriate repairs were properly covered. Scott came out to give me a quote on roof repair as I had requested, due to being told that after the skylights had been replaced I needed roof repairs.
Scott immediately began asking excellent questions then examined the roof. He stated the roof was fine. Can you believe !!!

Kaufman is the best! I had the pleasure of working with Chris Speltz, and he was a wonder. I don't think anyone would ever dream of describing a sales rep as such, but it is the case for me. He is professional, kind, and incredibly patient; mine was a project in conjunction with an insurance claim. To say that was frustrating is an understatement. Not only was Chris on top of communication with me, but also was a true advocate with my insurance company. I wholeheartedly believe the main reason they approved all that they did was because Chris was on the claim. My home looks AMAZING! The team was excellent, efficient, and respectful. I would recommend Kaufman to any and everybody who would ask for a recommendation!

Initially I had another roofing company bid on my roof. We have a dormer with a flat roof and the other reputable company took two weeks to think about how to incorporate it. Kaufmann roofing was confidant and straight forward about the flat roof and quoted the entire roofing project at a very fair price. The crew was exceptional. The time it took to replace the roof was super-fast, and the clean-up was better than I expected. I have no hesitation referring people to Kaufman roofing for their service, and will use them again if needed.

I had a leak from my dormer and called Kaufman Monday morning to repair it. I was floored when they came out right away later on Monday to essentially replace the roof over the dormer. By the end of the day Monday it was water tight. The ceiling was dry after over 1 1/2 inches of rain Tuesday. They do great work and I am grateful for their responsiveness

We heard about Kaufman from a friend. Contacting Kaufman was the best call we ever made after the hail storm! Amazing roofing crew, they were a well oiled machine! Gutter cover and fascia work crews were also great. Everyone cleaned up completely after the work was completed. Good communications. We will definitely use them again if we have hail damage again some day.

Everything about our experience with Kaufman was top notch. It began with getting an estimate and picking roofing material. We were very specific in the color and quality of roof we wanted, and Kaufman was awesome in helping us make a decision - to the level where they provided addresses of homes that had the color we planned to select so that we could see it on a full roof, and in different lighting conditions (we were going with a red color but were concerned it was too bright). They answered all our questions promptly and their bid (which matched final cost) was very competitive against the other 2 we got, one from a large well known company. They kept us fully informed on the timing (as roofing materials were not in great supply during pandemic) and met the date they had provided. The installation was completed quickly and the install team did a great job - they took care to protect our landscaping and were friendly and courteous throughout the process. They also did an exceptional job on clean-up, even using a magnet to pick up any stray roofing nails. The roof looked great, and they sent people to inspect the job both immediately and again some months after. The new vents they recommended looked (and perform) far better then our old ones. We like using smaller, local, companies and Kaufman did everything to our satisfaction - we highly recommend them.

Amazing job Kaufman roofing did on our home!! We had a hail storm August 11 2023 and contacted Kaufman roofing (Tommy)the following week for them to come out and inspect my roof for hail damage they worked with my insurance and once insurance approved it Kaufman Put me on the schedule and they were out within a couple weeks and did my roof and gutters in a day. from everyone in the office that kept being informed from scheduling and to billing was absolutely amazing!! I highly recommend Kaufman roofing. They do amazing work and they answer any questions you have about the process.

Kaufman is the business to use when you need professional, high quality and timely roof service. We used them to complete the roof replacement as part of an insurance claim. We were closing on the sale of the house, so we had a time limitation. Tom Kaufman and team made sure the job was completed on time for closing, with high quality work, while even flexing their schedules to meet with insurance adjusters to make sure that the claim process went smooth. Their office support staff was lockstep in tune during the entire process.

Kaufman replaced one gutter section that had been damaged, They came out for the estimate in a timely manner considering it was a small job and they were dealing with hail damage to whole roofs in 2023. It was a firm bid. They also sent out an employee to help me doublecheck the color of the gutter. He willingly helped me choose even when it started to rain. They were able to fix my gutter in a timely manner. I know that I will call Kaufman
when I will need to have my roof and gutters replaced. It was
wonderful to have them help with a small but important job to me.

I am nothing short of astounded at how wonderful this company is at communication, workmanship, and trade craft, with their professional staff being the icing on the cake. The office emails and calls with updates and expectations, the crew that came out for the tear off and install is very much a well oiled machine, being fast, thorough, and efficient. The crew foreman was easy to talk to and kept me updated throughout the day on the crews progress and what comes next. The attention to detail and adherence to code and regulation is very comforting, because I have always believed in over-building, so that whatever it is you create, it lasts and performs as expected for a long time, and this company is a shining example of that principal. The inspector that came out for the 'final' commented very favorably on work as well.

Kaufman Roofing installed a new roof on our house early October. The whole operation went very smoothly. A large crew arrived at 7:00 AM and were completely done about 7:00 PM, including a thorough cleanup. I'm extremely satisfied in each step of the project from preparation to completion.
Most importantly, from beginning to end communication was excellent. I was informed of recommended preparations and of each step of the project going forward.
The Sales Rep Riley, was involved in several steps and was always available and responsive to questions. The office staff always answered the phone, knew who I was and provided answers to all questions. If the person didn't immediately know, they quickly found the information I requested. Also, the Crew Chief introduced himself and kept me appraised of each step of the project he was involved in.
Kaufman Roofing worked with my insurance company and presented a complete very detailed bid. Photos of each step of installation were provided for insurance and inspections. Riley quickly provided Change Orders for signature as needed. Kaufman provided a total bill that was easily understandable and they were not anxious about waiting for my insurance to cut a check while that was processed.
Kaufman is a family-owned local business for over ninety years. They do not engage in door-knocking after weather disasters. I highly recommend Kaufman Roofing for your roofing needs, whether re: inquiries or complete tear off and replacement.

Kaufman installed a roof on my house over 20 years ago. In preparation for adding solar panels, I needed to reroof. Kaufman once again did a wonderful job on my roof. I have a large roof and needed some vents moved due to the future placement of solar panels. Kaufman did everything that I asked. I needed some custom sheet metal work around my dormers and that was done perfectly. I am attaching two photos. One shows the fitting they did around one of my chimney. The other photo shows where they installed a trim board where some of my siding had rotted away. It looks like it was always there. I am a very happy customer. I also appreciate that the company has been around for a long time and will be there in the future if I need them.

I have added drone pictures that Kaufman shared with me. My roof is beautiful.

We had a great experience with Kaufman. The 2023 August hail storm lead us to use them and they did not disappoint. Would highly recommend their services. We ended up going with an Edco metal shingle and Edco gutters with leaf cover. Our home looks so amazing! Bring it on mother nature!!! ;)
