The staff at this location is amazing; specifically Josh. He is always kind and putting in an extra effort to raise the experience for customers and I would presume other employees as well. He will hold the door in the morning when people are coming in, greet everyone that comes in authentically, encourage and humor customers when coming and going. None of this is necessary and I do not expect it from him or other employees, but it is very motivating to see a worker who establishes a presence beyond just scanning customers in. I hope that Josh is getting the recognition both personally and in terms of his job position for all the extra efforts he puts forth when clocking into work as he is the most valuable employee of Planet Fitness I have met. He is just a great person who deserves to be the face of La Vista's Planet Fitness!

Felt like I was a valued customer not just another random person coming in to workout. Clean and pleasant environment. Staff is very kind, friendly, and welcoming.

I've had great experiences and the staff is always friendly and it's clean. I love their equipment and tanning booths and hours that are flexible for people to get and stay fit.

I love planet fitness and the staff at my home club. The equipment is nice and always clean. The tanning beds are better than most tanning salons I've been to. Not to mention the hours are fabulous. Oh the price.$20.00-$25.00 a month with no contract. Totally worth it. Also Very laid back don't feel awkward and never feel like I'm being judged. So well done Planet Fitness. Thank you for making me feel comfy while working out.

I've been going to PF for over a year now, usually in the morning, I've always been greeted with a friendly "Good Morning & have a good workout " by Jacob. Nicest guy! Best customer service, if I could give 10 stars on that alone I would have!

This PF in specific is my favorite place to go for my workouts! It’s always clean, everyone who goes is super nice, and the staff is awesome (shout out josh! he’s the best and makes everyone feel welcomed!) Love this gym and how inclusive it is!

When you go during the low crowd times, it's perfect. They have everything you need to get in a great workout. Super clean, very friendly and extras. The water jet beds are awesome for sore muscles. The tanning area is always clean and no burned out bulbs.. score!! Love it.

would not recommend, too many machines, too crowded, machines constantly clean, staff is awesome, overall would not recommend. (stay away from my gym)

Place is clean, alot of cleaning stations around the gym. Its big and alot of equipments in place.
Staffs are friendly and very accommodating specially Liz who gave me a nice tour of the gym the other day.

I didnt feel crowded too, but I always leave before 4pm, maybe thats why.

Staff seems genuinely happy, always friendly and helpful. All of them, over the last year that I've been with PLANET FITNESS, have all been that way. Seem to be genuinely invested in what they do, and seem very happy to work there. It makes for a pleasant gym experience. I utilize all services offered with my membership, which affords a lot of staff interaction. The facility has always been super clean, or when a trash can begins to overflow due to the peak times morning or evening... Staff had addressed it by the time I was finished with my workout and leaving. Really happy with my personal experience and observations with PLANET FITNESS. This was also my experience utilizing the SILOAM SPRINGS, ARKANSAS location while visiting family. Something about the colors "PURPLE & GOLD" also... Always been a favorite color combination. Not that it matters that much. The equipment selection is awesome. Anything and everything I need, want, and more. A+ Gym chain, across the board.

Very clean gym . Lacks the heavy dumbbells and barbells, but in a pinch it will do

I haven't stepped foot in a gym since high school. I chose PF because of the affordability, plethora of locations, if I needed them, and the bonus tanning/massage beds/chairs.
I started going at night because I have social anxiety and am slowly working my way out of it so I appreciate the few days that are 24hours.
The employees are phenomenal and the facility is always clean. It's nice seeing people wipe off their equipment.
I feel so safe and comfortable here.

I haven’t been to the gym in years. I’m definitely determined to get back into a workout routine. I must admit I was nervous about going to the gym. After I got there. All worries went away. Started working out and enjoying myself.

Staff is friendly. I go in do my work out with no judgement.
