Allstate is AMAZING! I have been working on an accident claim with the other insurance and my Allstate rep Heather stepped in to help she is amazing! She got the other insurance company to move forward where I couldn’t for months! Heather rocks and Allstate is there for you and is the best insurance I have ever had! You always get an answer right when you call! The BEST customer service EVER! Love ya Allstate ❤

I just got off the phone with these great folks, I actually was cancelling my insurance because I got a better rate but I had a great interaction today and have had them in the past. And as a Minneapolis resident, I understand our car insurance rates can go up and be higher than our neighbors, even if we drive fewer miles than them.

Excellent customer service and if I find their rates competitive in the future, I'll be back. Completely satisfied with customer service.
