I was having issues with an adjustor not responding to my calls. Finally, I reached out to Alex Solie at Corporate Four to help me... I was frustrated beyond belief. Alex went to work on helping me immediately and 3 days later I am working with a different adjustor who is so very helpful!!! Thak you SO VERY MUCH ALEX!!!!! Ivan Escalante has been my agent for many years, he takes care of my home, auto and umbrella insurance.

He works with many different insurance companies (like a broker) and can get me the best coverage for the lowest price.

When I had my car stolen, Ivan went out of his way to help me through the entire process. I had no idea how this would work, but he was able to help guide me and get me into a rental car right away and make sure I was paid a fair price for my car that was never recovered.

I've had a crack in my windshield for the past few weeks and have honestly put off trying to find a time to fix it because insurance and car stuff is always super annoying and time consuming for me.

I decided to go on my insurance website to see if I was covered to get my windshield repaired and found an general email address for Corporate Four, I sent my question and within a few hours I received an email back from Lynda telling me the good news that I was fully covered with my insurance.

Not only did that make my day, but she offered to set me up with a company to fix it. She did some behind the scenes work and all of the sudden I was getting a call from the glass company, completing my claim with the insurance company and was able to set up a time for them to come out to my workplace and complete the replacement for me.

All in a matter of 24-36 hours I got my questions answered, insurance coverage and appointment set up. Everyone involved made this literally the best experience I've ever had dealing with cars and insurance providers. Thank you all!!

Yesterday I asked a couple students to put some stuff in my car as I often do. This time they locked my keys in my car, right there on the driver's seat.

I knew I had roadside assistance so no big deal. Got to the app on my phone to request service but it required my insurance number....which, as you can guess, was locked in my car. Called your office. Within about one minute I had the information I needed. Finished the request for service form and had my keys back in my hand by dismissal time.
