Not a bad place to make a delivery, 2 docks on the end of the building with plenty of room to setup and back in, and several docks on the side of the building facing another warehouse. The docks facing the other warehouse could be tricky to get into if there are trucks trying to get to the other warehouse. Then you'll have to work around them as there's not enough space for 2 or 3 trucks to back into opposing warehouses at the same time.
Quick unloading, and the people are very friendly. ALSO THERE ARE RESTROOMS FOR TRUCKERS TO USE; MAJOR BONUS for those of us who deliver refrigerated freight and the shippers and receivers STILL haven't reopened their truckers lounges!
