Very unique store with lots of really cute clothes and gift ideas.

Always such a lovely experience in their store. I’ve been coming down for about 5 years now from the twin cities and it’s worth the drive every time. I could spend hours there! Such beautiful quality pieces and a variety of clothing/gift items. Everyone is so kind there too. Love this place!

Sticks and Stones is my favorite store in Mankato. They carry the best selection of dresses and sweaters, and it's a nice place to buy cards & gifts. Prices are probably higher than most places in Mankato, but they're actually pretty reasonable for the brands they carry. (In general, you can expect to spend $38-$78 on a nice dress that would cost you closer to $100 if you were in a bigger city.) The staff here is awesome - they give great advice and aren't afraid to tell you if something doesn't look quite right; they're helpful without being pushy. The store itself is charming, too, with cute dressing rooms and chandeliers. I'm in my 20s and I'd say the clothing is pretty geared toward my demographic, but my mom always finds cute stuff at S&S, too. They do close by 5 or 6 some nights, so I recommend checking the website for hours.

A fun store, it smells so good cute hats, great candles, silver rings, great books, great fashion accessories. Picked up some Christmas gifts very early.
