Gentle Dentistry - Coon Rapids Office

My kids and i love it here. The staff is super friendly, I always get all three of my kids in at the same time (suuuper helpful for a single mom!), and I really like the female dentist. She's really good with kids and she's very friendly and gentle.

My experience today was amazing. As someone who hadn’t been to the dentist in at least 6 years before today due to severe anxiety, I felt completely welcomed and comforted. Anna was very understanding and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Though I didn’t spend much time with him today, I can already tell that Dr. Lester is awesome. I am excited and confident for him to be the one to fix my teeth. It feels like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Thank you all for helping me get back on track!

Here’s 100% the honest truth! I had not been to a dentist is too many years. I had a strong dental phobia! One day I drove there and explained my situation the the gals at the reception desk and asked if they had staff that is “extra compassionate” and the gals LIT UP and said that they had the perfect combo for me. My appointment time came and they were correct! Dr. Lester and Anna have been so super kind and have been getting me “back on track” with my dental needs. I can be so truthful and say that I no longer have a phobia. I have a lot of gratitude for the office. Thank you!

My experience was fantastic. The receptionist was very welcoming. Rami was an awesome hygienist and great at his job. He was also very kind, caring, and had a great sense of humor. Dr. Lester took the extra time, after my exam, to do a quick repair on a filling. His assistant Val was very nice and put up with my joking. I will definitely return.

My dental hygienist Rami was AMAZING!! The new office manager was very nice, pleasant, and apologetic. There was an issue with the confirmation system and my son’s appointment was canceled due to the glitch in the text message system. The front desk receptionist who checked me in was rude, and the woman next to her rolling her eyes for me to see was out of line, but the new office manager and the hygienist made it right, and I left very thankful for their professionalism and great customer service!

This dental office is amazing. The nurses/assistants are super friendly and all the dentist are friendly and knowledge. Best dental office I've ever been to.

I'm from the older generation and have always been terrified of dentists, until I found this one, they are ALL the most kindest, gentalist, caring , knowledgeable dentist I have ever found.. I have had some pulled, cleaned, a couple root canals, a couple teeth were chipped and missing parts of them and they made them look brand new again.. none of it hurt and they are always so gentle and careful with me...have seen children coming out and all I ever see is smiles... Would highly recommend...
Also before them , had a really hard time finding a dentist to take my insurance, gave them my insurance card and it was accepted. Great place 😊❤

Christen is my hygienist and I don’t see anyone else. She is the best !

Dr. Lester was the Dentist this time. This was my first time having him do work on my mouth. He did very well. I’ll will gladly have him as my dentist again.

I absolutely love this place. Everyone is so friendly and the tech's and Dentists really show they care about you. I've missed seeing them. I don't like the dentist visits but I love the people and the care you get while there. Face it, nobody likes going to the Dentist. It's much easier to go here. 💜

The experiences I've had at Gentle Dentistry have been GREAT! In my opinion they are the best dentist I've been to. They really CARE about your dental health. They have always fit my family in same day or next for dental emergencies. Kristen is a wonderful hygienist. I hate novacaine and she made it literally feel like nothing. No pain and very gentle! Would definitely recommend this dentist! Thanks Mom for referring me to them😁😇🦷

Previous to visiting Gentle Dentistry, I had been going to another dentist for 18 years. My insurance changed and I needed to find a new dental provider despite my apprehension. Dr. Yaghi and the Gentle Dentistry team were great. They provided detailed information (that wasn’t scary) about my dental care needs, were approachable, and listened to my concerns.

Just got a check-up and cleaning with Technician Liz and Dr Lester. Both Dr Lester and Tech Liz were easy to talk to about my issues and listened to my concerns. All of my procedure
was truly gentle with concern for my comfort. I signed up for the Gentle Dentistry plan on a previous visit earlier this year so this visit was covered by the plan! I have been a patient for several years and will be one for years to come.

This was my first visit to Gentle Dentistry and they live up to their name. The entire experience from scheduling through my appointment was pleasant. Every staff member was professional, friendly, and thorough. While I was in the waiting room a gentleman came in and there was a mixup with an appointment for his wife with special health needs. He was a little distressed but the front desk staff was so kind and patient and helped accommodate them. They provided an appointment for her so they wouldn’t have to come back another day.

I am scared of dental work. Have panick attacks. My visit today was so so wonderful. Had teeth pulled and my dentist did such great work. I was surprised how fast it went and no pain. Everyone who was working were very nice. I felt relaxed around them. Thank you all so much. I will be back for more work that needs to be done.

Dr. Yaghi is by far the best dentist out there. She is nice, through and goes the extra! 100%. Silvia and Teri are great Dental Assistants. So Friendly! The front desk staff (Jennifer) is always pleasant on the phone and in person. Would recommend this location to anyone!

Love them! Referred my great niece & her boyfriend there, and they really like it. Just referred my sister and her husband.

It was my son's first visit and Fatima the hygienist was amazing. She walked him through it and was do calm with him. The dentist was great too and answered his questions.

Strictly rating the staff: hygenist was very understanding and helped me feel as best I could under very distressful circumstances. Dentist was very professional and explained everything well. Reception staff was very welcoming. When they had me fill out some forms she could tell I was extremely anxious and uncomfortable, and was very reassuring. All that being said, going to the dentist is never fun, and for many (including myself) dental procedures can be extremely anxiety Inducing, but they do live up to their name of being gentle. - Jarred

Very friendly, honest care about the patient teeth. Explained what they were going to do and the procedure. Explain d a game plan moving forward. Definitely will be using them as a dental provider

I’ve always been afraid of the dentist! The needles, the whole nine yards! But today was the best experience I’ve ever had in my whole life when it comes to going to the dentist. When I say the staff care…THEY REAL CARE!! The took time to make sure I was okay through out the time I was there. They understood my fear and did everything they could to make me comfortable. I appreciate everyone that was there today, from the front desk all the way to the back! Thanks Guys I wish you nothing but blessing!
