First of all, Tre who helped me was awesome! BUT, Target's software and process to buy a phone is just ridiculous. If you have a voided MN drivers license with the paperwork because you had to renew, turn around Target won't accept it - you can fly with it but not buy a phone. If you think you can bring your European passport instead, never mind Target won't accept that either, Green Card - nope. Now maybe you came past that challenge and you want to add a line to an existing account where you are an authorized user, turn around they need the account owner. If you mastered all of that, just plan at least 90 mins to go through the whole process because by now the locked up any attempt to redo the whole purchase. Now that comes all after you been to the store and the Tech crew was off shift and/or Target was out of stock of the phone on the first day they have a promotion for it going on. You decide whether a $150 gift card is worth the hassle.
