They were supposed to fix my car for free after the dealership told me it was fixed when I bought it. I was skeptical so I asked them to guarantee in writing they’d fix it for free if it broke again, it did. Now they’re fixing it but they’ve had it for over two weeks and don’t regularly take phone calls. When I finally got through, I learned they were taking their sweet time because they took paying customers first and kept bumping mine to the end of the list. The car works fine now, that’s a plus. Guy was nice enough but way understaffed. Don’t take your car here unless you want to wait -
And don’t believe them if they tell you it will be a few days.
