I went to Verizon store in Wayne in Hamburg Turnpike to get a liquid screen protector for my new iPhone Pro Max. I was assisted by Stacy. She was very accommodating and very knowledgeable about her job. I was very satisfied with the service. Me and my friend always go there to have our iPhone serviced when we need it.

I went here today after I stopped by a few other Verizon stores. The stuff at this location is the best! They’re very polite and helpful. They took all the time to help me. Very patient.

Alex at the Wayne New Jersey store was the best. We were there for four hours trying to get four phones hooked up on one account and there was nothing but problems. Alex took his time and worked through each one of the issues that kept arising. He stayed two hours after closing until our service were completed. He didn’t complain, and he kept us calm, while balancing an entire store of other people. He is a true asset to Verizon and should be promoted immediately

Highly recommend visiting this location! It was time for a new phone, and I had many question. I worked with Aliyah who was beyond helpful and professional. She was patiently answering all my questions and worked out a package for me that made the most sense to meet my business and personal needs. All I can say is that the customer service was beyond excellent.

We came in a family of 3 to get new phones and change carriers ! Paul was very busy and when it was our turn he was so patient , never rushed us and helped us totally get 3 new phones ! All of our data was saved and he even stayed late to help us! 10 stars right there! Thank you so much to Paul ! A credit to your company for sure

Paul was extremely helpful and courteous. My daughter had broken her iPhone. We were out of the store with no problems and a new replacement in less than 25 minutes! Could not have been easier!

Fernando was excellent!! Not only a bilingual associate but explained everything in a clear & concise manner. Very friendly and attentive as well. A guy like him makes one come back anytime for questions, service or acquisition.

Paul was great. He explained things to me. He was so polite. I will definitely be using this Verizon store even thought there is one much closer to my home. I felt like my business mattered unlike the store closer to me. Thank you.

I got a new iPhone today at the Verizon store on Hamburg Turnpike in Wayne, NJ. Mark, the manager, was excellent. He suggested a way to get the phone for less, and I wound up with a plan with more data for less than I had been paying. The process was easy, quick and enjoyable.

I never write reviews, but the service I received from Jennifer and Marcel today was so great that I have to mention it. I had not been to this location before today, but now, I will only go to this one. It was a pleasure working with them from beginning to end. They were helpful, kind and honest... as a customer, I felt important and like they had my best interest at hand the whole time. Total professionals... great representation of what I would think Verizon would want to stand for. Im a very happy customer!

Went to this store for a new phone for my MOm. Had James he was very nice and helpful. Also had the pleasure to meet Fernando. who also was helpful in answering questions. but I still am waiting the call to change my account can you please have someone call me this week. I am home after 6pm every night. thank you.

zhaf to come in for a new phone. old one was making popping sounds. Fernando suggested a nice mid-priced model which suited my needs very well. He set up everything promptly and suggested a few accessories all in all a pleasant experience in a safe atmosphere. The following morning I came back with a few questions which were answered clearly.

Been to this store before and have never been more impressed. Brian Lake was the most helpful, informative person I've ever come across at Verizon. We were looking to hook up an old phone due to a cracked screen and wanted to get out of our contract to switch to T-Mobile or at&t in February. Instead we left with two new phones and a better plan. I would highly recommend this store and Brian because he was honest and knowledgeable unlike most people I've encounter either in store or on the phone. You want to make sure your getting the best deal and not scammed, exactly how I use to feel with Verizon... now I do not feel that way after one visit. Thank you Brian!

Fernando was the kindest & most patient service person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Extremely knowledgeable. Great, salesman. Really good with my husband who is a novice with smartphones & their options.
