Super happy with the entire salon experience. Pampering from the moment you step in the door. Friendly staff. Quiet location and genuine feedback on what will and will not work for your hair. I'm very happy with services received. Left feeling like I had a new long term stylist after services with Laura.

This place is amazing! If you have never been, then you are missing out on a great experience. The salons is beautiful, and the stylists are well versed in most anything you want. Even the bathroom is really gorgeous!

Olivia did a wonderful job with my cut and color. I just showed her a picture and she did everything that she could to get as close to it as realistically possible. Michelle came over and put in a few extensions. I've never had extensions before, really wanted to try some, she is an artist with hair. My hair is pretty thin and putting in the few that she did really made a big difference. I will be getting more and I thank you ladies for taking the time and making me feel like a younger version of myself. ♥

I neglected my hair for months, Marissa and I consulted and were on the same page In so many ways. She knocked it into of the park. Great colorist and so easy to talk to.
The salon itself is beautiful, larger but still felt personal, and the little extras like a hot towel under your neck when in the bowl a nice touch.

Convenient bookings and lovely ambiance. Kristen is very professional and tries hard to meet my desires both for haircuts and styling.

I had a wonderful experience with Tonya! It was my first time at the salon and I'm very happy with both my experience and the results. Tonya listened carefully to what I wanted, had good recommendations for my questions, and did exactly what we agreed on with better than I had hoped for results. My highlights look beautiful--super natural looking, but much better than actual natural :) My haircut is great and she took her time at the end to make sure everything was perfect and worked with the funky waves in my hair. The salon itself is also very nice. Very clean, well kept, and comfortable. The other people who greeted me and who I talked to on the phone were also very friendly and professional. I had a Groupon but was not treated as "lesser" as sometimes happens when you have a Groupon. I was treated as a full client and prospective return client. And I plan to be a return client. I think I've found MY stylist finally with Tonya.

Michele has created a peaceful environment and makes every service an experience! From her shampoo and scalp massage, to her attention to my taste and preferences, her service is tailored to me. I leave felling as though i have just had a mini vacation!

I entered the salon wanting as light as possible balayage on previously dyed hair. The women were honest, and they even looked for a second set of eyes to others that worked there. I appreciated it because they cared, and although it wasn’t what I wanted, it was what I NEEDED! I got an excellent root touch-up and a haircut that gave JUSTICE to me!! And some excellent products to switch to that will help my hair from not being damaged.

The only thing I would appreciate from Prime hair salon is more knowledge on black hair! Trust me; I’d go there any and every day! It’s hard to find a place that knows black hair, but one of the women stepped in to help my hairstylist cut my hair. These women here know their sh*t. They were also super kind making sure I was hydrated, comfortable, and happy with the final product! I walked out with a LOT OF CONFIDENCE.

I bought a Groupon just to switch things up and try a new stylist. I was booked with Molly and I’m so glad! She did a wonderful job. A cut and color exactly the way I wanted it. Highly recommend!!

Marissa cut, colored, and styled my hair today after I had gone around a year neglecting it. She went above and beyond listening to just an "idea" of what I wanted and making it real. She is really good at making small talk, even with someone as awkward as myself. She checked in with me frequently to make sure I was happy with the color and with how the haircut was coming along. She recommended new products for me to try after she tried them out on myself to make sure we were both happy with the outcome. It was overall a fantastic experience and just what I needed to feel great about myself today. I'll definitely be coming back to see Marissa!

Jasmine did a great job on my hair! This was my first time getting my hair done in years and I’m very pleased with the way it turned out. Jasmine was very sweet and made sure she knew exactly what I wanted which I appreciated! Great experience and very happy with my hair!

Molly did a great cut and balayage. I highly recommend. She listened to what I asked for and more than delivered. She was really helpful with all my questions and taught me hacks to better style my hair and avoid breakage in the future.

Marissa did an awesome job doing my hair! I went with a red and copper balayage, which is way different that what I normally do. She did a great job making me feel comfortable with the colors she chose. It was absolutely gorgeous and she styled my hair beautifully. I'll definitely be seeing Marissa again!

This salon is beautiful, it feels very welcoming. We were looking for a new salon that specializes in hair extensions and this place got us the second we walked in. Very clean and professional. Michele did a great job with the extensions. The next day, something went wrong with the extensions and she asked us to come back THE SAME DAY to fix it, not only did she fix it, but she spent 2+ hours making sure it exceeded our expectations AND her own. Everyone is friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back, I can’t recommend this place enough!

Marissa was a super fun stylist. She was confident in her work and did a great job with my cut (took off 8+ inches) and balayage color. I wanted to look like summer in January and she nailed it. Also love the new space, not sure when they moved to Hopkins, but it's a lovely salon.

I absolutely love PRIMP and Kathryn! She does an amazing job! I have been using this salon and stylist for years now. My color always looks amazing! I also get my eyebrows waxed which look great each time. Every haircut or trim I have has always been good. She makes sure to have a good consult with you. I wanted bangs at one point but she was honest and explained that my hair currently was too thin on the sides (it’s growing back though) to do them well. I appreciate the honesty she brings to help me always look fabulous! They have moved to a new location and the new place is beautiful! It is so clean and well organized! I loved the stations for each stylist and the product station! Lastly, everyone there is always so friendly and kind when I’m there! I will continue to come here for my hair!

I used to go to their old location and loved all the stylist and staff. The people who work here are so nice and helpful. I like how they give great suggestions and are communicating with you the whole process. Riley and Michele cut and colored my hair and I received non stop complaints about it the whole time. They even helped me pick out the right products to keep my hair going strong after the color change.

They recently moved to this new location and I love it. It's so modern and has an open space concept while feeling premium. The chairs are extremely comfortable which I was happy about while getting my hair color changed. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Aja was super nice and very knowledgeable, gave me exactly what I wanted and you could tell she did her best work and took her time. Will for sure be going back!

This place is GREAT! My stylist is Grace and she's so awesome! I had never met her and she listened so well and knew exactly what I wanted and she delivered it! She had some great ideas so I went with them and I'm so thrilled with my results!! Can't wait to go back!!
