AT&T Store

I’ll start by saying that this is the best store by far. Nelson and his crew has made the experience of shopping for a phone more than pleasant. Their customer service is top notch i would give them 10 stars but is not possible. I am very pleased with their service, I strongly recommend visiting if you are in need of any help. Thanks guys

Went there around Christmas to buy my son a new phone, had a wonderful experience. The staff are so pleasant and welcoming. Nelson was the rep who helped me, he was knowledgeable and kind, he took his time to go over my bill and explain things to me. He even noticed I was paying for things I didn’t need and helped to lower my bill. Would highly recommend this store and their services, will be shopping here going forward!

Walked in there with a very particular situation, pretty doubtfull of being helped. Nelson was a big relief, very helpful, curtious, very professional, and went out of his way to help me. You can tell he truly cares about his customers. Also noticed a warm greeting towards everyone that walked in from all the staff. Highly recommend this store, it may be busy, but worth the wait! 10/10

I wish there were 10 stars we could give this store! Nelson and his team provided me with outstanding customer service. What I thought would be a headache turned out to be easily solved. They have excellent knowledge of all their plans and their customers needs. Don't think I'll ever go to any other at&t store, so long as Nelson is there! Thank you!

We had an amazing experience with Jay. We went to another AT&T and they refused to replace my protective screen. Walked into this store and was greeted right away by Jay and 15 mins later my screen was replaced. So helpful and friendly, I would highly recommend this store for the best service.

Solid place. The manager goes "beyond" above and beyond for you here. Staff in general is very helpful and I love that they are also bilingual.

For me, the manager helped me with a "pre-paid" problem. For anyone that does not know, these are basically issues with plans that AT&T stores basically have no control over because it is a "different side" of AT&T. While these plans are generally great, the customer service side will basically treat you like a step child when problems do happen. In a nutshell he could have just told me "I can't help you" and shoved me away. He instead used all his resources to get my account stuck out from some "middle of nowhere" bug that was preventing me from using my phone. What was more impressive was how he was also trying to help and old man who had issues with activating his phone who would have been phone-less for a while had he not tried anything. He basically helped the both of us out after hours when the store went into its "closing" time.

You're not just going to a phone store, you're going to a team that actually cares. Compare this to the last AT&T store I was at where they threw a rookie at me that was transparently trying to use every "sales trick" in the book to get me to buy a post-paid plan with them, but the second I asked about a "pre-paid" plan they telegraphed they wanted nothing to do with me.

Mr. Young was wonderful today! He was extremely helpful and patient while helping me and my family get new phones. :)

Nelson is very attentive, nice, and helpful! He is a great asset to this store and I look forward coming back for more of his services!

Nelson was amazing!!! I went there looking to buy a new phone and Nelson made it possible for me to upgrade. He was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. He even followed up with me days after my purchase. A very pleasant experience. Definitely recommend him and his store!

This AT&T store is like a bar, but without the alcohol. You have great laughs and conversations with the staff and customers, listen to the groovy background music, and you walk out with a brand new phone. Nelson and his team are top notch. They are extremely helpful and informative. It's worth the drive folks.
