Andy McNair was our agent. Andy gave us a wonderful experience as first time home buyers! He was very informative. As first timers, we were unaware of high maintenance and costly things to look out for, Andy consistently helped point those out. He would go the extra mile to check on things we had questions on, such as getting on his hands and feet to check a furnace or water heater, walking all around a fence or deck to check the entire condition or build, he was not afraid to get his hands dirty checking anything, etc. He was quick to respond and patient with us throughout the process. We never felt pressured or rushed to decide or purchase. He listened and and understood our preferences. We ended up with a home that we love and had very little maintenance we had to do. Dan Vigdal was my agent when I bought my house in Saint Paul in 2011. I was so impressed by his professionalism and his ability to steer me through the process that when I was ready to sell 12 years later I asked him to be my agent for the sale. Dan did an amazing job helping me through the sales process. He suggested some excellent vendors to perform some maintenance, updates, and cleaning. He worked directly with some of the vendors on my behalf since I was living out of state by the time the prep work started. He was smart about setting the asking price, resulting in several bids above it. Once the house was ready to show we had several offers within five days and closed on one of the offers within a month within $5,000 of the lower bound of the Zillow market price in a high interest rate market. Dan is a top real estate agent in my estimation.

If I could rate him 6 stars I would! Purchasing a property with the help of David Meyer was the best experience I ever had in real estate. His responsiveness to phone calls and willingness to work around my schedule made me feel like I was the only client he had...though I know that wasn't so. This was my first venture into income property and David was very knowledgable and could provide important insight as an income property owner himself.

My agent, Brian Gale, is outstanding with communication always letting me know about market updates. He was open to having open houses and providing feedback after each open house. He sent me updates of homes which were for sale for 3 years while I waited for the best time to sell for me.
He has become a trusted friend during this process which had a few hurdles.

Bill Gabler had been talking to me about rental properties for a couple of years. He personally owns several so he understands the market.
