Walmart Vision & Glasses

I recently had an eye exam at the Walmart Vision Center in Ledgewood. This is my second positive experience, but Kathi S really went above and beyond. She was able to help me find a pair of frames that really fit me well, and that's no easy task. She was extremely patient, knew when to help and went to step back and let me take some time to process it all. I wish all Walmart employees were as good as she was.

Dr Harfst was amazing. I have never experienced an eye exam where the optometrist was so helpful in explaining the why behind the changes in the eye. I would highly recommend her if you are thinking about an exam.
Honestly, the entire Vision Center staff is top notch!

Amazing experience! The entire staff is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely patient! I was indecisive about frames and went back 3 or 4 times. Each time, I received the same high-quality customer service. Hats off to Steve, Krystal, and Pete, the eye guy! Thank you all for your knowledge and patience.

Very easy process. Doctor was very nice and listened to everything I had to say. Other staff members were professional and helpful! A bit of a wait but it was Saturday so I’m not surprised.

This was the best eye exam I've ever had! From making the appointment, to getting my contacts, the whole experience was terrific! The staff at the store are very friendly and eager to help. And, the doctor herself was exceptional! She answered all of my questions, taking the time to explain the physiology behind a particular problem I was having, and offered me guidance on how to navigate it in the future. The staff also helped me maximize my insurance, so I was able to get contacts and an exam with no out of pocket expense! I will definitely return!

I would like to take this opportunity to compliment Kathi, the assistant manager, for her superior customer service on Thursday. She was able to solve a problem with my script in just a few moments, and I was then able to place my order immediately. Thank you Kathi for your professionalism, your kindness, and your genuine concern for your clients.

Over the top service! Beyond informative and helpful customer service, not to mention highly professional staff. Very enjoyable experience getting two pairs of glasses. I recommend Steve, along with the doctor and staff as your go-to spot for eye self-care.

I tell everyone I know to go to Walmart Vision Center in Roxbury NJ. The selection is great and the prices are super reasonable. The doctor is professional, asks questions and is patient. But, the main reason why my entire family goes to this particular location is because of Jill. She is consistently professional, knowledgeable, patient and has a good sense of humor. The rest of the staff is AWESOME, but Jill is the bomb.

Dropped glasses off for repair and were fixed quickly at no charge! Will be back for an eye exam soon
