Montefiore Medical Group (MMG) Comprehensive Family Care Center

Recently changed my GYN doctor and very pleased with Dr. Yeboah. Very knowledgeable and caring physician. Spend quality time with patients and answer all questions making you feel comfortable during the visit. I will highly recommend her and the location. Waiting time was less than 15 minutes.

Everything takes it time its a little wait but as long my kids get seen that all that matters

Pediatrician, Dr. Roseanne Neglio is amazing. She's hands-on, respectful and an overall excellent pediatrician. The nurses are very good. The front-office staff makes the check-in and check-out process straightforward, however, it would be nice if I could book an appointment upon checking out. Often, the calendar isn't open for dates several weeks ahead. Generally, positive experience.

I've been to this clinic with my child multiple times and he's never waited more than 30 mins. The doctors and nurses have been great, however the front desk are not friendly.

The pediatricians (Dr. Roth and Dr. Belamarich) are knowledgeable without sounding condescending and possess excellent bedside manner with the children. I, however, cannot say the same about their front-facing staff who are easily flustered, boorish, and consistently unable to answer basic questions. This lack of professionalism reflects poorly on what is otherwise excellent patient care. I hope you're reading, Montefiore!

The 2 stars are for the phone service and the office staff in general. Thank God for MyChart! I can schedule most of my appointments online. If I do have to call my doctor I have the number of her nurse so I can bypass the main number (hint hint). Please note that the doctors and the nurses are the best. They deserve 5 stars at least.

I don't mind the place when I'm there.. I don't usually wait long for my daughter to be seen buuuut.. 1-
ANSWER YOUR DAMN PHONES. seriously. I've called multiple days throughout the passed two weeks and stayed on hold for 10, sometimes 20 mins each time. Not ONCE in 2 weeks have they answered my phone call, I eventually get tired of waiting and hang up and have to GO IN to speak to someone.
And 2- I sent in documents to be filled out for my daughter's school records.. which she can't start school without. It's 1 form. 1 single paper that just states her shots are up to date( they are ). Monday makes two weeks that they keep telling me it's "not ready yet". Seriously... get it together.

Never pick up the phones ! How can I make an appointment when I have to wait 20-30 minutes to speak to someone??
It is unbelievable and disappointing how much u have to wait.

Try 15 minutes waiting on the phone, their services are not good, the doctor's are but the people who works the counters need to be trained all over again

Expect to be held to a completely higher standard than anyone who works there. YOU have to give 24-hour notice of cancellation, but they can and WILL cancel your appointment 45 minutes before, then offer a rescheduled appointment 3 months later like that’s totally normal. My daughter will be having her 12 month checkup after she turns 16 months because this place is completely incompetent. Dr. Ciner is an amazing doctor and it’s a shame she works for such a terrible complex.
