Dale Feste is one of the best mechanic shops I have ever delt with. I really appreciate that they really take the time to explain what is wrong and are upfront with their pricing. They have never charged me more than their up front estimate which is rare these days. Will for sure be going back with any car needs!

The work was completed in a timely manner with excellent communication. I even asked a tech to teach my daughter how to check the coolant level (parenting fail) and they were happy to do it. 100% recommend.

I had my car towed here by AAA due to engine knocking, and they were superb! The car itself was effectively beyond repair as it turned out because of the damage to the engine from me leaving the oil cap off. However, everyone I dealt with here were so accommodating, friendly, professional, and helpful. They made sure to do only the diagnostics needed to get me a quote, saving me some money. They lent me a car when I dropped off my vehicle, free of charge. When AAA refused to tow it out because they said only one tow per breakdown, the owner, Tony offered to drive me home and they let me keep the car there until I could get it collected for parts. They also let me give them the title and key so I wouldn't have to be there when the tow company came to take the car.

I have used Dale Feste for years. Service and quality is 5 stars. The team is knowledgeable, honest and communicates well. I would recommend Dave Feste Auto to anyone.

I had a great experience having service work done here. They listened to understand what the issue is with my SUV, and even though they couldn’t solve a software problem with the audio system, provided me with a tech sheet for software updates that I can bring to the dealership.

Their personal followup is also a very nice touch you don’t get at a dealership.

New Service: Brought the SUV in for a new muffler and thought that the noise would go away when it was replaced. However, the mechanic investigated and found the rear bearing was also bad. So very pleased with how they work hard to solve problems and keep the SUV running.

I trust these guys to tell me what my car needs and nothing else!! And they make it convenient for me.

Recently had a battery needing immediate attention so squeezed us in and did oil change to save us extra trip as it was scheduled for next day. Excellent speedy service and husband was able to get in a full day of work afterwards too.
