Dr. Bates has been such a welcoming orthodontist. I had braces for almost three years with him and his team, and throughout my time there, I have only experienced great treatments! Dr. Bates is a fun guy and holds lovely conversations! I totally recommend Bates Orthodontics if you are looking for a fun doctor who is highly skilled in what he does!

Dr. Bates is an amazing Orthodontist! I enjoyed and looked forward to every appointment. All of Dr. Bate's assistants were amazing as well. Through my 2 years of having my braces, I was able to bond with all of the assistants along with Dr. Bates. I am still grateful and appreciative of how well the end results of my teeth came out. I highly recommend Dr. Bates for your dental cosmetic needs!

Dr. Bates was amazing and extremely nice. I haven't had braces for almost 8 years and when my bottom retainer fell out I was very concerned as my previous orthodontist has been retired for some time now. But with Dr. Bates, I just made an appointment and he fixed it for me in under 30 minutes. I was nervous because I'm bad with pain but he assured me it would be fine and was constantly checking in to make sure I was doing all right.

ps if your bottom retainer falls off keep the wire!! it saves you about $100

The orthodontist and office staff were very friendly. After being told I'd have to come back for another appointment, the doctor was able to squeeze me in between his other patients and get all the work done in one day. Pricing is fair and transparent.

Been going to Dr.Bates since I was 19 years old. He’s ALWAYS been nice and courteous. I referred family and friends and they will all say the same. At the age of 33 I needed adjustments to my smile and Dr. Bates did not skip a beat in all these years. Great work Bates Orthodontics 🙌🏾
