There are so many great restaurants in Little Italy The Bronx to choose from but Emilia’s is a definite must try.

The service: Amazing, can’t get better. The waitress was attentive and gave great recommendations. She was very friendly and warm. The owner came over and spoke to us. It was just a warm cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend just for the service.

The food: incredibly delicious. The red sauce was light and crisp. Very refreshing and delicious. The Chicken parm is the greatest of all time.

The bar: full bar with cocktails and beer. Made perfect and is not insanely expensive. Highly recommend.

Saw that this place had some Sicilian dishes and wanted to try this restaurant first on my first visit to Arthur Ave. unfortunately they don’t sell the panelle anymore but still had some amazing fresh food! When we got our food it was amazing the fresh bread with butter and olive oil and cheese was amazing then we had the calamari arrabiatta and the fresh mozzarella and tomato it was wonderful! I had the pasta al foro a very traditional Sicilian dish and it was great the sauce was everything! Everything we ate here was great and the owners remind me of my aunts and uncles great people always making sure if we are fed like family great spot here on Arthur Ave will be back soon!

My friend and I had a wonderful time at Emilia's last night. Our server, George, was patient and very helpful. He is very knowledgeable about wines and food pairings. We enjoyed everything we ordered and the attentive service. We will definitely be returning for more meals in the future. Thank you!

Amazing Food. Good portions. Decent price. 3 course meal for 2 with cocktails ended up costing approximately $150 excluding tip. Would highly recommend for a night out in the underrated “Little Italy” of the Bronx neighborhood.

Once again our original plan was closed on Monday and we end up at Emilia where my wife didn't want to go. We end up ordering meatballs, Chicken Parmigiano and Lasagna. The meatballs were dry and have raisins inside which we didn't like. The service was okay but we decided to sit in the beautiful patio. I had to go get our server and end up being cater to by 3 😅. My wife loved the lasagna so much that she try to convinced me I have an allergy reaction to it 🫠. We loved the grape tree behind us with the waterfall feature.

Everything was absolutely marvelous. The food, the service and the ambiance were top notch. It was Italian food done the way I remember from my childhood. And the prices were great as well. I recommend this restaurant highly!

Quintessential Italian eatery on Arthur Avenue!!! Highly recommend Nonna’s Meatballs to start, which were tender and flavorful, especially the sauce. The gnocchi in vodka sauce was fantastic!!!

I love this place. Best restaurant on Arthur Ave. the staff is so kind and the atmosphere beautiful. Last time we went they had singers who sang a few songs. Stuff artichoke is my very favorite. Great place to go for a special occasion or dinner. The food is great quality, the lasagna and bolognese masterpieces. I could go on. So good.

Loved the place, the food, and the service. The restaurant is cozy and friendly. The lunch special menu is superb and the serving is plenty!! Finding parking is a little difficult but it was worth it. Please try the affogato - ice cream with expresso, it’s delicious and refreshing!!

One of the best restaurants on Arthur Avenue. It is a small but very welcoming family run restaurant. The service is what you would expect, friendly and accommodating. The food is delicious and can easily be shared. You should also make room for the excellent desserts.

Such a beautiful hidden gem. A friend of mine grandmother used to live in the building and the patio area was his backyard. So it was deff a charm being able to visit there. The ambiance was amazing, the waterfall was such a vibe. Meatballs are super soft, different than most meatballs. Food you can tell is made with love. We got to meet the owners daughter, she was so lovely and made sure everyone was having a good time. She needs to do my hair next time haha ♥ many blessings to this place.

My first time visiting Aurther Avenue with my wife we decided to go to Emilia's.
We had fresh mozzarella as an appetizer with roasted red peppers. My wife had penne a la vodka and I went with the chicken parmigina served with a side of pasta. The food was absolutely amazing! Best Chicken Parm I've ever had in my life.
The food also kept us full for a long time without overeating.
I wholeheartedly recommend this place as your first spot to try if you've never been to little Italy in the Bronx before.
My wife and I shall return soon!

Are you not sick of salmon? Tired of tilapia? Time to try Branzino. Here it’s prepared any number of ways including francese and to keep your blood sugar low they can even leave out the flour and just coat with egg batter. Delicately! But everything here looks delicious. Good Caesar salad too. I highly recommend.

We made a reservation at Emilia's on Arthur Ave in the Little Italy neighborhood of the Bronx, NY for Sat Dec 9, 2023 at 2pm. This was our first time here. We arrived at 1:35 and were going to wait at the bar for our table. Well there was no bar and the host seated us immediately without regard to our reservation. OK, that worked for us. We had been seated and were greeted by our waiter, George. We asked a few questions about the wine choices and made our selections ($12/glass). Warm, crusty Italian bread was brought to the table with small plates for the dipping olive oil.
Now the restaurant was filling up quickly. But service wasn't affected. Our shared appetizer was the sauteed & cheese stuffed zucchini flowers ($14) and it was perfect. Our meals arrived just after George;s brought our second glasses of wine. Perfect timing again. My bride had the lunch special Spinach Fettucini con Cavolfiore -Spinach Fettucini with Roasted Cauliflower & Crisp Pancetta ($22). Excellent balance of flavors & textures in this dish. She took half home as she opted for a second piece of the bread. I had the other lunch special Cavatelli Sposato-Cavatelli Married with Broccoli Rabe and Sausage
Sautéed with a Touch of Small Italian Red Peppers ($23). A truly wonderful dish with a sprinkle of grated cheese & crushed red pepper.
Repeated offers of dolce (dessert) had to be declined (cannoli & biscotti were in our future).
There is also an outdoor patio/dining area out back. Emilia's is open from 12pm Wed-Mon, closed Tue.
Emilia's is the quintessential Little Italy restaurant. Great food & wine with impeccable service.
Mille Grazie to George and all the staff at Emilia's. Hope to see you again next year.
