The man at checkout and the man in the parking lot collecting carts are two of the biggest people around. Lowes employees, are on the whole, are way more helpful and cheerful than at home depot.

I was looking for spark plug for my snowblower and believe me they couldn't be more helpful. There were 4 people helping me. Thanks to these great employees 👏

Associate, Robyn took care of my Dishwasher purchase over the phone. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and couldn't ask for a Better customer service associate. She is certainly an asset to Lowe's.

I absolutely love shopping at this Lowe's store! Every time I visit, I can count on finding a helpful staff member ready to assist me. During my recent visit, I had the pleasure of being aided by "Marty," who went above and beyond to locate multiple items for me. Not only did he guide me to the appropriate aisles, but he also ensured I found each item without any hassle. It felt like having a personal shopper by my side! I was equally impressed by Gary, who patiently and courteously helped me choose the perfect size of glass for my project. This level of service is incredibly rare to come across in today's world. I truly appreciate the exceptional assistance provided by Marty, Gary, and the entire team at this Lowe's store!

I had a wonderful experience here ordering a refrigerator, followed by a great delivery the following day. So easy - nice salesman, on-time next-day delivery, 3 delivery guys, job finished within 18 hours of placing order. Delivery system has changed and been centralized, so problems mentioned in earlier reviews may have been corrected,

My Husband & I needed a new clothes dryer. We went to Lowe’s at 39 Hampton House Road in Newton. The Saleswoman that helped us was Angela Garrity. She was amazing. She was very knowledgeable on all makes and models, extremely professional and had the patience of a saint. She helped us with and through every aspect of the process of finding the right dryer for us that we would have in the timeframe we required. She spent an hour or so with us going over ever detail and making sure all i’s were dotted and every T was crossed. We walked out of there unstressed and smiling, happy and confident we had chosen the right dryer. Lowe’s is very lucky to have such a client focused employee as Angela. Angela, if you read this, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making this purchase so easy; and thank you Lowe’s for having such a dedicated employee.

Really nice store, never much of a hassle. Vincent from plumbing was off the clock and still took his time to assist me with product questions. Vincent even walked me over to hardware where he and Tony patiently searched for a solution to my problem. Much appreciated, great customer service. The young ladies at the Pro desk were also really helpful. (Lauren and a nice Hispanic young lady)

Very clean and found a lot more what I needed here than Home Depot

Steve from the plumbing department is very very knowledgeable and helpful. Very friendly and made sure I had what I needed and how to use it.

I have to say I had a really good experience today. I found it refreshing. Everyone that I had dealt with men and women of different ages. We're all kind ,helpful, and non-judgmental. First stop Flanders Lowe's for an electric fireplace. They had none in stock. The gentleman working the sales floor still showed me every feature I needed to see, went out of his way to find an extension cord to plug it in so I could see what it looked like when it was on. He Searched the area stores told me there were two in Newton Lowes. I called Newton Lowe's got their automated system which told me there were none there. I asked for an associate It connected me with a live person. Who said yes we do have one in stock I sent her to look for it. Asked her if she had eyes on it. she said yes, So I made the drive to Newton found the fireplace I was looking for . on the sticker it said what aisle it was Stocked in. went back to customer service ,told them who I was. And associate took me back to the aisle. She put it on the flatbed roller for me. I brought it to the register they rang me up. I asked for someone who could put it in the car for me? since it was 230 lb. The cashier had me stand by the door until he finished ringing his line. He then took it out to my car and lifted it and put it in my car for me. All in all two stores ran very smooth, took an hour tops from start to finish including the driving time to the other store. Very pleased

5 star for the employees only. The corporation should be ashamed of themselves for false advertising especially regarding our VETERANS! Lowes is on the List for 10 % discount for VETERANS not true only on certain items. We purchased a washer believing in the 10% would be honored and the sales lady who was a Veteran also, said only on certain items not in the back of store. This is complete BS on corporate! Either you do the whole store or nothing ! You were put on the Veterans list for Newton NJ, then don't comply with providing 10% discount to our Veterans. This is so unethical and disgusting to say the least. I called back the store the next day and the manager honored our 10% for our washer. Corporate you should be ashamed of yourself for not complying however your employees cleaned up your mess. Your employees were polite and handled the issue with respect and kindness. These employees made you look good! Clean up your act and provide true discount for the whole store not on certain items or aisles complete BS.

I visited my local store and had very nice experience with helpful and knowledgeable staff. I needed heavy duty chain to hang my buckets with plants and got all I needed.

I purchased 8 interior doors , 6 were in stock and 2 had to be ordered, after waiting 30 days the 2 doors came in wrong. Rich at the Pro Desk immediately reordered the doors and called the manufacture to get a Hot rush and was able to get the doors delivered in short time and kept me informed along the way. Victoria in receiving tracked the shipment and immediately notified me when they hit the store, on top of everything else Tina the Manager offered free delivery the next day which was Sunday. Great team effort !

I have been trying to get a purchase price match adjusted for a couple days now first through the phone customer service only to be directed to the store level then to the store that I purchased the item from. Thank you Christina in customer service the Newton store for being patient, helpful, and responsive. It makes an impact.

I had a list. All of the employees were very helpful, went out of their way to make sure I got everything I needed and the right stuff! I signed up for their credit card and got 20% off right away.
