We have used Hampton RV on many occasions and have been consistently impressed by them. First class professional operation that starts with the owner and continues through to the tech team. They have been able to work on every system whether it be hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, towing equipment etc. Have always been able to schedule me in and get the work done fast. Also very few places locally that can provide service like this. Facility is also bright, new, clean and nicely organized.

Hampton RV was able to obtain the parts and complete the work needed on my Gulfstream Conquest after 2 other RV dealers service departments as well as Gulfstream were unable to provide what was needed....since the October 15, 2022 accident! Insurance fully covered all repairs and parts, yet no one else could get it together. I was recommended to Hampton RV by my autobody shop and Hampton RV told me right off they would be able to take care of it. AND THEY DID! Plus, they worked with my insurance company, the repairs are perfect and they're all really nice people. What more could you ask for? Thanks guys!

I Bought a Maxx D trailer (from an out -of-state dealer) I know nothing about trailers other then I need one for work. I have owned this trailer for just about 1 year when I called Hampton. I talked to bill about normal service. He made a suggestion for me to bring it in and have them look at it and see what the trailer needs. Next day Bill called me up to discuss what's going on with the trailer. I then told him I put about 30k miles on it in one year and that's why the service was so big. Bill took his time to sit me down and go over everything on what they did and WHY. I was treated more like family then a customer. Bill handed me a print out of an owners manual on how to burnish the new brakes.
I have never seen this before ( no owners manual with the new trailer) I listened to every word and did every step the manual and bill said. when the procedure was complete the trailer responded perfectly and now I feel SAFER because Bill and the entire Hampton RV crew worked on my trailer.

Have used Hampton RV trailer service for many years on maintaining my fifth wheel trailer. You can expect exceptional and friendly service with a quick turn around on the service. Recently, did an upgrade on the trailer suspension and caulking seams on the trailer and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work.

Highly recommended! Bob will go the extra mile for your needs. All employes were extremely knowledgeable on all trailer manufactures. Pleasure working with this company! Definitely worth the 2.5 hour drive out of state. Excellent pricing and customer service.

Found my trailer on the web and called to see if they had it in stock. They didn't but recommended another one they did have in stock. It had more features that I was looking for and really was a better investment for my business. I drove a couple hours down there to pick it up and it was a flawless transaction. Got to meet Bill and a new hire learning about the business. Before we left there tech came out to show the features and safety items to know about with a trailer like this. Very Very thorough. I would buy more trailers from here again when I need too. They also have a storefront with thousands of items related to trailers and Rv's. This place has everything.....I am very Happy

April 2022 update, Had the trailer for a year and it has been great. I had a strap break on the battery tray and the battery moved around and broke the charger, the shocks for the chain cabinet needed to be replaced. I sent an email to Bill and the parts were sent via mail, covered under warranty. I am so happy with the service and communication with him. From one business owner to another. Thank YOU x 100. !!

Great experience buying a trailer at Hampton! I went in on a Friday and worked with Jeremy who was very helpful and very knowledgeable. When I decided to make the purchase I ended up working with the owner who was a great guy and very down to earth. All around very professional and helpful I will definitely be back for more trailers and I highly recommend them.

If you're in the North Jersey or the Tri-State area and have trailer needs, this is the place to go. Clean, well organized and well stocked facility. I purchased a tandem axle enclosed trailer, working directly with Bill, the owner. Had a great experience and Bill is a pleasure to deal with. An absolute gentleman and easy to deal "on a handshake", and good to his word. Highly recommend!

Jeremy was knowledgeable and helpful. He made the process quick, easy, and painless. The facilities were kept clean and had everything stocked you would need from towing your lawn mower to starting a hotshot business. I will definitely be going back for yearly service and any new equipment trailers I may need in the future.

AMAZING! I snapped a leaf spring on my PJ Hotshot trailer and took it straight to Hampton RV. As soon as they opened their gates they got to work. An hour later, I was back on the road. Because they were proficient and done the job right the first time, I was able to stay on schedule. Can’t think you guys enough. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for all your trailer and RV needs.
