Great vibe, Amazing Food, and AMAZING service! Everyone is so Kind and smiles all around. Makes me keep coming back. I will suggest there Lemon Cookie it taste like Heaven.

Staff were helpful and gracious. Dining area is open and bright with big windows which give it a very warm and personal feel. Definitely a good choice if you want to get out but be in a relaxed atmosphere. Also, my first restaurant experience after I got my vaccine which helped! Thanks, Panera!

My Saturday morning treat after working all week. I’m hooked on this Vanilla Cinnamon Roll! And also the bear claw. I love this place! Great and friendly customer staff. 😀

It’s a good Panera bread. It’s a busy location and usually everything is in stock on the menu. I usually have minimum to no issues when I come here. My food is quicker here than other locations so I always come back.

The service and quality of the food is great. Big parking space and lots of seating available. Dessert looked great as well but didn't try any.

I came to Panera Bread around 1pm on Tuesday, November 15th. I was so impressed by the customer service shown to me at the register and also the service shown to other customers by those at the pick up counter (even to a few customers that were rude) that I had to come and review the store. We live in the Bronx and it's just so common for those in the food industry to have an attitude towards the customers that have one first. And I don't really blame them but it was such a breath of fresh air to experience seeing and having great customer service and professionalism. I wish I knew all of their names to give them the praise they deserve! Thank you for my yummy food and great service!!

Great service. I only come here on Tuesday for the bagel special. But the place is always packed and I always get friendly service. The place smells great and bathrooms are always cleaned. Front staff is always cool and nice. The food is always fresh and the bagels are on point. Will be coming back here.

My online order was made incorrectly. Samantha immediately rectified my order issue and redelivered with a smile. Her customer service is impeccable.

The employee Kay is beyond spectacular. She greeted me so lovely, asked me about my day, and when they didn’t have the ingredients for my order she offered a replacement and recommended a similar meal and it was great! I love her!

Love the soup and the grill cheese sandwich so good

A few changes have been made that actually did the impossible.... it made this location better. I didn't think that was possible. Everyone is very fast and efficient. Regardless of how long the line is, the way is never very long.

I come to eat at this Panera location frequently & I have to say a lot of these low reviews have to be salty I’ve been here over 10 times and the service is always WONDERFUL shout out to Raquel & Davon for their super nice attitude, they go above and beyond asking how’s my day and are always smiling! The Manager Sabrina always all smiles you can see her leading her team always on the floor making sure the store is clean and presentable! This review was earned and the food is always hot and fast 11/10. Please come show this location some love

The manger Gus was very helpful and took time out to provides us with options and discounts. I have visited this location for many years and the food is worth the wait.

This place always makes my family feel welcome. My mom had just past away and my family and I was making funeral arrangements. We had a long day and was hungry so we stepped in here to eat. The manager was making his rounds at night, cleaning tables and helping out. He asked us about our meals and we spoke for a bit. My dad said he loved the soup and hope they didn’t throw out the rest since they was closing soon. The manager said they do unfortunately. Later on right before we left he gave my dad a bag with some soup to take home. That was the most thoughtful thing and really made my dad happy in this time of grief. The manager didn’t know about my mom just passed away. So he did that out of pure kindness. I don’t remember his name (maybe Gus?) but the kind gesture will never be forgotten. Thanks Panera for hiring such an awesome manager.

So yesterday I ordered from Panera around 7pm. I ordered 2 Panera Duet ( 1 grilled cheese was very burned ) Full Fuji Apple Salad ( I never got the salad, noticed when I got home ) with 3 extra cups of dre and apple chips that I never got. I called the number and Rachel ( Manager ) answered and I expressed my bit of frustration but I kept my cool of course, moral of the story shout out to Rachel and her team at Bay Plaza Panera because before I even took the trip back to Panera to get the stuff they forgot she went above and beyond which you don’t always see anymore in customer service. She put us customers first. Shoutout to the whole team over there. I appreciate you. Mistakes do happen and we’re not perfect but they made my mom happy to the fullest. I will still be going to the Bay Plaza location. Rachel thank you once again you are the real MVP
