If you want to buy from him, make sure you can test. Bought a n scale steam loci from him at a show in end of Oct 23, and he said “I wouldn’t sell it if it didn’t work”. Well guess what- got track ready today and wheels fell off. And it doesn’t run- engine is seized. Don’t trust your money with him!!!!

Haven't been in the store, but I called and asked if they had any Athearn products back in June 2013. The man on the phone was rude and only said no to my questions asked. There was a silence after he said no to one of my 2 questions and I hung up. I do not recommend dealing with these people. The phone service was very poor.

Went to see if they bought track because my family had a bunch spare we didn't need and was treated quite rudely and called stupid. No intentions on ever returning.
